Making Vegetable Muffins with gluten-free ｜ASMR

- I made these very tasty muffins with gluten-free vegan. The ingredients are very healthy and they look great. If you're interested in the recipe, check out the note.
I used beets for pink, pumpkin for yellow, and spinach for green to create the colors. I love the color of vegetables and wondered if I could use the colors in my sweets, so I got the idea for these muffins.
If I eat too much wheat, I get sick, so I use a rice flour called Kitamizuho from Hokkaido. It's very tasty rice flour. Gluten-free vegan is very good for you. If you don't like soy milk, you can also make it with almond milk.
【Materials】
rice flour
almond poodle
white sorghum powder
soy milk
canola oil
beet sugar
salt
Beets, pumpkin, and spinach
I'm so happy with the pink color of the beets, it's so beautiful. If you try to imitate them and make them, I'd love it if you'd share them with me on social media, etc.!
The finished muffins will be delivered to my brother while he works in the field. What a sweet sister I am.
