Embroidered hats are produced quicker than patch hats, which is great for a shorter deadline. However, embroidery becomes difficult on any soft color gradients or small details. The more colors, the higher the thread count, and that cost can rise very quickly!
Patch hats, while sometimes pricier, come with more variety than embroidered hats. Patches include threaded, leather, and PVC patches to start.
