I did a similar strategy to get to 200 wins, but I used Azumarill as my sweeper, since Belly Drum just needs 1 move to get you to +6 attack (saves time) and Aqua Jet doesn't care about speed since it's a priority move.

I just got triple guillotine by pinsir....
One time a Starmie which was the trainers last Pokemon got a triple kill. First it finished off my Mega Salamance with ice beam (it's faster?? 115 base speed non scarf Starmie vs 120 base speed jolly Mega Salamence) Then ohkod my Katana with one single crit scald and landed a crit surf on my Incineroar which it survived. That made my incineroar flinch and the next turn it go ko'd by another crit. How did it outspeed without scarf and why is the battle tower rng so rigged? That kings rock set with foul rng and cursed speed is just undefeatable. Please don't question my terrible team, I tried to get my shiny starter Incineroar all ribbons just like I did with shiny starter Sceptile and Mudkip
my ditto has a butthole the size of an apple now after all the breeding ive done for battle tree super. all the rough skin garchomp he took..... poor ditto :(

I want you know know that after seeing this video sometime last month I have spent every waking moment breeding. It took about 3000 eggs, but I finally got an Adamant shiny Salamence with perfect 6IVs and of course, Dragon Dance. Gave her Pokerus and got her EV spread perfect too. It took a month, but it was worth it!

I used this strategy but with aegislash and man, shadow sneaking their team if i cant outspeed is kind of good once u set 3 sword dances, but the difference is that aegislash doesn't always feel like killing
I have used that strategy with the salamence and blaziken. Did make it to almost 100 but trick room always fucka that team and fake outers. I just read once coment below mentioning a azumarill and i decided to give it a try and man that thing deadly with the belly drum. I now am trying the Ant, Charizard x and azumarill. And its doing well so far lets see. For my best lucks when I was breeding for the perfect Iv one i got a shinny almost perfect. Will have to level it to hyper train it
For 1-49 I ran Durant HA, Toxapex HA and Volcarona, Toxapex is there in case they used protect, moves like Volt Switch opponents that used Taunt,on 50 onwards I replaced Volcarona with Salamence with Subtitute instead of Earthquake just incase they have Focus Sash, Accuracy lowering item or priority moves.
Heres the best strategy i used. I got to 60+ wins with my team of Landorus T, Toxapex and Tapukoko (which I switched for Greninja)
Landorus T: max attack/speed Earthquake, fly, u-turn, stone edge
+choice scarf
Toxapex: max hp/sp.def
Scald, haze, toxic, recover
+black sludge +regenerator
Greninja: max sp.att/speed
Shadow sneak, darkpulse, grass knot, hp electric
+expert belt +protean
Toxapex and landorus almost perfectly support each other, with greninja taking up the slack with his boosted super effective coverage, KOing bulky water types and avoiding psychic damage from dark typing
I used this, and I MISSED Entrainment, and then a ROTOM swept me

Dont use this strategy if you want to set records. Its inconsistent because protect opponents will use protect multiple times which counters your entrainment durant. Also, if you use this strategy, use shell smash cloyster to bypass mimikyu and focus sash and sturdy.
Cloyster with shell smash is a better sweeper by virtue of icicicle spear

I haven't been able to get through Super Single or Super Double _at all._ I've used so many different teams with different moves, stats, and items, and I've still always been destroyed before I reach battle ten. Whenever I _do_ reach battle ten (rare occasion), it's _on_ battle ten that I lose. I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong, really bad at the game, or just really unlucky. Usually, when I lose a battle, it's been to a single pokémon from the opposing team. I'm losing my mind here!
personally metagross garchomp and gengar are amazing :D multi and double are easy. make sure you ev train too helps a lot!!!!

Salamence's hidden ability makes Return into a flying move, and increases its damage by 20%.
Other than that, I just LOVE that Truant strategy of yours.
Salamence's Hidden ability is Moxie (increases attack by 50% from a KO) not Aerilate -_-
V-jes It is Aerilate for mega Salamence, which was what I meant.
I think the best thing to switch in to counter Mimikyu is a Choice Scarfed Imposter Ditto so that you can sweep ghosts with their own moves.

Don't know if this will help anyone but I'd recommend switching into an eevee that's holding the Eevium Z with the moveset Last Resort, Protect, Baton Pass, and Double Edge

Hi I know this is an old video, but how do things go if you face an enemy pokemon with sturdy/ focus sash ? Sturdy and focus sash make me so paranoid on the Battle Tree so I've always thought about using someone with multihit (e.g. A shell smash cloyster, mega khangaskan)
you may probably already figured out since then but moves bullet seed, double hit, toxic or burn etc ignore focus sash since ur only using focus sash to save u from OHKOs

This Durant idea is ingenious and this video is really easy 2 understand. Only one improvement I can suggest 4 this team would be 2 have a smeargle set up Stealth rock and boost up with acupressure and moody and then baton pass 2 the sweeper. This would free up a move on the sweeper and help with the later rounds.

Imo truant durant is only really good for gen 6. In the battle tree the opponents will start bringing super heavy counters early on. Just lost battle 8 to a team that had endeavor quick attack focus sash staraptor.

Strategy is definitely viable, got 146 wins on my first try using Cloyster with Shell Smash and Skill Link. He’s right though, pay attention. I lost to a Cresselia using Future Sight, didn’t even notice I was getting hit.

Yup but the opponent never switch out since IA doesn't switch and let you set, sometimes yes but almost never. But rarely they have roar, U turn or thing that can wall this strategy. But trust me this is the most safe strategy to go trought the battle tree.

Trace is pretty fast, but in SOS battles, less predictable.

You doing this on ultra sun or ultra moon? Because if you were doing it on ultra sun you'd know how kiawe almost completely fucks this strategy up when he leads with marowak and uses detect.

Durant is only available in pokémon X and y, but you could trade for in GTS or request it on a forum for pokémon trading like Reddit.

Druant with Truant is a hidden ability, and Entrainment can be learned at level 36

Verlisify is coming after you my dude, you have a Naganadel in a normal PokeBall and only *non hacked* Naganadels are in Beast Balls. Lmao. Verlisify is right about that, but he is wrong in ways he takes things literally way too far. Who cares if you have a Hacked Naganadel it's not even in your own ID being Joseph or iStarly that is also where Verlisify is wrong to call somebody a hacker using someone else's Pokemon lol >:/
EDIT: Just watched a little bit of our Lord and Savior Lord Verlimort himself, his video on PokeBall Naganadel. Apparenttly Beast Ball Nagandadel was shown in the Trailer, but Naganadel can only be in a normal PokeBall. I still find it rediculous that Verlisify "He Who Shall Not Be Watched." Has to complain about what other people do. Like, that dude just needs to chill out and focus on himself.
The nagandel I got in the main storyline is in a normal pokeball, I can confirm Verlisify, and the "hack" assessment is full of bullcrap.
My Naganadel is in a regular pokéball. It was the Poipole I got from the people from Ultra Space.
Theen why are you complaining about what Verlisify is doing? Complaining about someone complaining about someone else is literally hypocrisy at it's finest.
Unfortunatly this strategy doesn't work this good as we think. Either I had bad luck or you have just good luck. Because I have definitly a problem if my opponent switch the forced truant pokemon when you are not finished with your 6 dragon dances and what is also very annoying if your opponent use growl everytime, so every dragon dance is in vain. What also kills me was role play so that my opponent gets Aerilate. I only got 30 wins in a row. But it was my first time using this technique. Maybe next time they wont switch their pokemon. I am also thinking about to switch my team every 9 rows so the AI stops switching... Dunno... But thank you for this awesome strategy idea!

I spent a lot of effort to make this team just to find out it doesn’t work. The Durant is to slow, then the rest of the team fails to work.
Use Jolly Nature with Focus Sash.
That's why he uses scarf Durant
If you use a Durant with Max IVs, EVs and a good nature on speed, it'll have 177 speed and with Choice Scarf it will increase to 265 speed.
There is almost no pokemon that can outspeed you. but you could also use a focus sash that way it can guarantee aleast one attempt or two if the 177 Speed Durant is faster.

he is talking about super singles, after beating red in the singles you unlock super singles which restricts legendaries (not mythicals) and pokemon above lvl 50 are changed to level 50

I love using truant Durant and gothitelle with shadow tag. Many cuss outs and rage quits online 😂 gothitelle lacks in speed but if you get lucky use a gengar with mean look or any pokemon with mean look

I use Durant, Smeargle and Mega Gardevoir. Sub and quiver dance up, get some nice boosts from moody and baton pass all of those into stored powering mega garde, unbeatable

I tried this with Tyranitar and Ribombee instead and it went really well until I fought Red. Because of his Lapras and its stupid bright powder my Durant's Entrainment missed two times and then my whole team was annihilated

I used blaziken because salamence has a HUGE weakness to ice, and can be one-hit-koed by a mega abomasnow with ice shard. I used shuckle because I heard in a video that you should allways have a staller.

I call BS i got z moved on my cloyster using protect reduced to 1 hp my durant was already ko'd. Still thought i had the win but then quick attack by the last pokemon still had 1 left. So i do a seemenly 1 hit ko with my mega salamance but the battle tree pokemon had a focus sash used endevor and then quick attack. That was battle 12. Battle tree cheats they are impossible. There is no stratagy that works.
You need moves that have prioity like aqua jet or quick attack too.
