If Devon Larratt stops talking, all these arm wrestling channels are gonna dry up.
Lol
We have levan, ermes, engin. Vitaly and kamil and denis
Except Eternal Arm Grip
Very true. They might have to create an a.i. Devon.
there are many charismatic athletes in armwrestling but they either don't want to socialize much in social media to create attraction.
If all would have content like Leonidas, the Sport would still live without devon or atleast not die directly.
MUCH rather see ermes vs kurdecha
Same here but is krudecha ready? He's coming off that georgi match, even though it was pretty easy work.
Much rather see Dave Heath bugger off…
This goes beyond him pulling out of his match. He gave is word which is his bond to Ermes that he would pull him if need be in dire circumstances. This supercedes all else
Im not surprised at all tbh
A man of his word, I respect him even more now.
BIG DICK ENERGY. Love the respect...
I understand devon owes Ermes for stepping in on short notice, but this makes no sense at this point and time. Devon me tally is clearly fried, hes way off peak mentally and physically, lost weight etc., BUT the biggest reason this shouldnt happen is what if devon won…? Would completely derail ermes rematch vs levan. And if ermes wins, he beat a battered devon. Get Alex in there already. Winner vs levan
I was thinking the same thing. Devon doesn't seem to be in a state of mind to compete and that's totally understandable and even healthy to take some time to reset. Plus, like you said, Ermes' road to Levan could be ruined.
The thing is though, if he did lose now to Devon, that would mean he wouldnt be anywhere near a fighting chance to beat Levan anyways, so it would be an even bigger joke, by maybe losing to Levan worse than last time.
If your going to beat Levan, you have to be sure you can beat basically anyone else, so it isn't really a "risk" to go against Devon. He can either beat basically anyone else (if he wants Levan) or he can't and he will have a more accurate reading on how far till a possible Levan rematch.
@@Matsuda26BWell honestly I kind of disagree...as we saw last time this can be incredibly inaccurate.
Levan destroyed Devon without breaking a sweat, Ermes made Levan struggle to the point of hospitalisation lmfao, and that's why everyone predicted that Ermes would destroy Devon easily. The complete opposite happened.
Although I know Ermes has improved his wrist, he still can't compare his wrist game to Devon. If he can't flop wrist press Devon (as we saw last time), then it's another walk in the park for Devon.
The thing is, Devon's style is literally perfect to destroy guys like Ermes and Jerry...
But at the end of the day I totally agree that Devon Vs Ermes is pointless, Devon's retired from SHW and there's gonna be no gain for Ermes if he wins, it won't tell us anything about the level he's at.
However a match with Kurdecha would tell us about both their current levels, and that takes us one step closer to a Levan match with either Alex or Ermes, whoever comes out on top. People are saying Alex has a chance against Levan, we need to see some more action before we can determine something like that. The Georgi match was basically a joke (No offense to Alex though).
My main point being: Devon's style won't tell us anything about how an Ermes Levan rematch could go, but Alex has a similar style to Levan, so a match with Alex not only tells us about where Ermes stands against pullers like Levan, but also if he even has a chance against him.
@@Matsuda26BErmes gave us best match levan ever had. Styles makes matches. You people are why devon was wining polls vs levan. Devon got dogged, but that doesn't mean ermes cant give us another banger match with levan.
Who cares really. If you think Devon is now weaker or diffrent headspace you wrong. Devon is 12 steps further with his plans allready. If he wins then great he has nothing to loose and if you have nothing to loose then you very strong. Is he looses then he had a great training to see where he is at with his weight-loss and will see this match as a practice to finetune what needs to be finetuned for dropping even 1 more weightclass lower

Devon told Ermes he would have his back if someone cancelled .
I don’t want to see another match where either of them aren’t peaked. It would be huge disrespect to Engin and Davit.
Considering Devon isn't in both the right physical nor mental shape to pull Dadikyan, then there is no way in heck he is going to be pulling Ermes in 2 weeks lol thats just crazy
I think that's the point. Devon is willing to give ermes a victory to pay it back
@@MrCharrrles This is call of duty bro.
Devon is unpredictable, He is planning something that will shock us lol. He always like to surprise us, look he is calling out Ermes it means he is not seeing Dadikdyan as a worthy opponent. He wanted someone superheavy.
@@Journeyofourlife436 How do you know the way Devon see's Dadikyan? From what I can tell he see's him as worthy. All Devon turning down the match with Dadikyan means is that Devon has unfinished business in the heavyweight division.
Devon can't offer Ermes a match, after he just dropped out from the Davit match for good reasons about him needing a reset, it's gonna look very bad on him if he pulls Ermes instead, that won't go down well with some others, and i don't think Ermes is pulling anyone now in June
yes he can, and most likely will....the only one that would be sour is Baby ken....and in that case ..>WHO GIVES A FLYING FUCK!

theres no upside for ermes beating a guy thats going to 115// And if he loses , hes lost his levan rematch.. Makes no sense for anyone.
Excellent Choice!
I never thought Devon should drop to 105 that fast after spending all that time building strength peaking for Levan 💪🏼
LUV THAT IDEA
Love him or hate him ya gotta admit Devon will pull anyone any time anywhere even if it’s a bad idea. And then, if he wins, tells the guy what he can do to get better and beat him the next time. Respect.
If you watch the livestream, Devon did not offer Ermes a match at all. He has no interest and will be focusing fully on the 105 and 115kg categories when he returns in about 3 months
u didn't show the clip when devon challenged ermes
Cause he didn’t
I want to see it, id love to see devon vs ermes again i think ermes still has more to learn from devon i think it will make him better agian an ermes is 1 of the few current pullers who i beleave have a chance at levon so seein him level up is great, an if ermes beats devon then i think that shows his progress if devon wins well its devon hes the master at pull anywere anytime
If I were Ermes I would accept the match, as a competitive athlete you should take every win you possibly can. If Ermes were to lose to a Devon which is currently relaxing and not training hard for a match after his recent loss to Levan, there would be no shame for the young gladiator it would only be another hard earned lesson as to why he still has much to learn and need to keep climbing the ladder. From us fans perspective it would definitely be an exciting and surprise rematch without a doubt. As for the Dadikyan match being cancelled, that is something Devon would like to be well prepared for to the point of where he is 100% sure to win without pressuring himself so early on, and the word he gave to Ermes in my opinion is personal is beyond that.
If Ermes ask him he will do it
what's the weight difference
Watched that interview I never heard him said that
Devon just cancelled his match because he’s not ready. What are we talking about here?
If im ermes im staying tf away from devon rn.
Yea, Devon cancelling Dadikyan match does not mean he want to stop or afrai of Dadikyan it is other way around, he is not seeing anyone in heavyweight to be a worthy opponent, he want people in superheavy, I am not gonna be suprise if Devon decided to defend being no.2 in superheavy. Devon is very unpredictable
I appreciate Devon stepping in on short notice, but he's been going down in weight and hasn't been prepping for a supermatch. Mentally, he probably isn't there, either. I don't want to see another match where both aren't peaked.
I'd favor Ermes in this rematch if it happens. Might even sweep Devon.
Would it be right arm or left arm match between Ermes and Devon?
I said this is a possibility, now its happening
Devon has no chance he's too small... He's shrinking
The obvious elephant in the room is that Devon is too light and skinny for Ermes right now! About 113kg, Unless Devon wants to lose again for shits & giggles.
Hes not 113kg lmaoo
@@cwatson42785 Yes he is he said he was and clearly looks skinnier now. He was prepping for a 105KG match remmember.
@@cwatson42785 LMAO, Afraid so, He just personally said on a very recent video that he weighed 250lbs. I’m always so right.
So does this mean that he’s giving up his lower weight belt?
I'd be happy to see the match if nobody else is available, but I wouldn't want to see either lose
wait what ?????? when is vitally and kamil happening ??
Why not kurdecha?
Ermes vs Devon. Vote here
Awesome
Stand up move... metaphorically at least
Make Brian Shaw great again.
He gonna pull him again ?
Nah Ermes prepared for a total diff match. It would not be smart for him to go against Devon in such a short notice
Devon: I cant pull Daddy-kyan, i need rest.
Also Devon: LEMME PULL ERMES REAL QUICK
I want to see him against Genadi first
Man I always said you were the best arm wrestling channel, please drop the clickbait
Devon is already on a break and said that he was done with the super heavyweights. I don’t see this match happening
Devon is returning the favor. very stand up guy
Finalllly the real match ❤
Well… no. If the last one wasn’t real, then neither is this one. They’ve never had a match where both had proper prep and knew they were going to face each other.
Devon will never do this.
Wow what a slap to the face of davit. Crazy how u can just back out of a match and take another one. If I were davit I would be absolutely pissed off.
2 totally different preparation. The davit match he would have to cut alot of weight between now and then while also training. With Ermes he can put on weight which is easier
Can we just say he shit his pants for Dadikian....
Devon is def gonna win again lol
Ermes vs devon is the best choice, I am sure ermes is gonna compete better now, than their first match.
Ermes was not able to use all his power at their first match, because his mental strength…. If ermes will not get scared again, I think ermes will win.
This shouldn't happen..Devon is knackered physically and mentally he time recover...
Devon doesnt need much time off, hes already been resting since the Levan match. Hes more so mentally down from losing. Id like to see Ermes vs Kurdecha tbh, but Ermes vs Devon 2 would be fine also, Devon most likely would easily beat Dadikian.
Levan sent the bully back down the ranks....Hail Levan for giving the clown a reality check!
It’s not the same. Ermes won against Jerry with minimal fatigue on his arm. Levan literally ripped open Devon’s arm 4 times. Not to mention, the mental struggle with having your hopes and dreams crushed. It will literally be a give me match…
Ermes vs Alex kurdecha rematch
If this match happens im buying the ppv. If it doesn't, I'm not
Ermes going to be 🦆
I think Ermes should pull Morozov
If Ermes and Devon pull again Ermes will probably win because Devon lost a lot of weight since the Levan match and has not enough time to gain it back.
why not ermes vs levan
Levan would destroy him
levan wont do short notice
@@minkjanze5938 destroy who?! 😂

Haha the truth is, devons still got this.
115kg well-prepped Devon yes and if he lose it would not be easy for Ermes, but current unprepared 113kg Devon? I don't think so.
The guys mental health is struggling. He said he's done with SHW matches. Now wants to take on a guy he beat easily. The guys lost the plot.
Not watching Ermes vs Devon... It's getting old
I don't think Devon wins that match, but I'm curious to see what kind of tricks he pulls. If Devon puts up a good fight, it will be interesting.
Devon doesn't feel like pulling ... Until now... Probably because it's more money.
Ermes would MURDER devon. Devon couldnt even beat kamil
Hi pancake
Hi
Hulk Hogan should have beat the Warrior in Wrestle Mania 6
No.. not right now.. Devon should chill n get some down time to refresh
Won't happen. Ermes already stated serveral times that will never pull again without propper preparation. He already said not to Alex, also.
I want Jerry v ermes
It would be nice to watch Ermes vs Devon. But i dont think is that fair.. i mean if Devon wants ok.
Ermes deserves it, he already did Devon a favor when he armwrestled him on a short notice
@@yeshuacaceres9722 Both Devon and Ermes were peaked at that time. This time it's different. Devon took time off and isn't near peaked.
@@PetarBladeStrok Devon said so himself, he said that he wants to do Ermes a favor since Ermes did one for him when he took the match in short notice. Its not the same, stop making excuses, Devon is my favorite armwrestler but he should give Ermes the chance.
So Devon is down to pull Ermes on principals but won't pull Dadiykan? Wouldn't an Ermes rematch be a tougher fight? I don't understand the logic here if you're not trying to pull to win. Unless hes going in to lose? I'm sure Devon will try his best so I'm assuming he may not train for maybe? If not to just return a favor to Ermes, but idk. I think a fight with Ermes would recquire him to train harder than if he were facing Dadiykan since (i)Ermes knows better now (ii) for the sake of giving at least a challenging fight.
Without devon there is no sport
If I were Devon, I would take this Ermes match and hopefully beat him to prove that I'm still #2 in the world. That loss to Levan was almost humiliating. I think if Devon pulls Ermes, Devon will win but it won't be as easy as last time. Could even be a 3-2 match. If Devon beats Ermes in a war, then I think he should spend the rest of his 49th year pulling on the LEFT arm. Yes that's right, I think this Ermes match should be his last right arm supermatch until he turns 50. Then what he can do is focus on the left arm and try to challenge Morozov before he turns 50 as well. Maybe he could get the left arm superheavyweight title. If he did, Levan might challenge him on the left arm in the future. Now, after he turns 50, Devon could choose an arm, right or left doesn't matter. Pumpkin train that arm until he gets a match with Levan. Then give Levan one last go. Do I think he'd beat Levan? Nope. But I think that'd be his last attempt to beat him. After the final Levan match, then Devon could just do whatever he wanted with the sport, wouldn't really matter. He could just be happy with the fact that he gave the sport everything he had, as his body ages and his prime becomes no longer attainable.
This time no chance for Devon bro
I still think it's silly to think that he took it on very short notice when he was all trained up for Jerry. Was he as strong as he was for Levan maybe not.. but to think that the two or three months training camp and then only having about 2 weeks off in between the Jerry match and the Devon match was not enough training, it's stupid to me. It's still a cool concept though that Devon might just step in. Haven't really been that excited and enjoyed arm wrestling in the last 6 months but that's a match I feel like I could actually get excited for.
Kurdecha would be a way better replacement for Ermes than Devon.
Please… 😂
No he didn’t, I watched that whole live and Devon never said that.
Thaths why i Love guys like Devon or ermes. Warriors. Now take dennis and he prepares half year or more to one pull. No risk. scared to lose. Evan admited going for Devon was mistake because he git stronga nad he thought it will be easy. Humble and chill but Disguastin guy to The whole sport as a competitor
Devon already superior to Ermes
Devon is all wrong for Ermes. Devon smashed him up and it was not a few weeks prep he had plenty of time. Maybe Ermes can put up a better fight but i think Devon just has the correct tools to where it won't look to different.
So he cancels Dadikyan match, but challenges Ermes...
Did you watch the video? Does owing one to someone mean anything to you?
@@Crazyced Did you watch his video? His reason for cancelling Dadikyan match was that he feels unprepared and wants to take time away from competition, to recover from the loss mentally and physically. This screws up Dadikyan and takes away the opportunity from him and the payday. But then Devon turns 180 degrees and challenges Ermes, who also is in the superheavy, where Devon said he wouldn't compete in...
I don't get these people @@ConnoisseurOfExistence

How is ermes heavy favourite? devon destroyed ermes and would destroy again
vitaly or alex would be best and winner must pull against levan/
Ah sometimes you don’t know what you’re talking about. Ermes would be the heavy favorite? Not in any single way
he would be, devon has been losing weight constantly since the levan match and just doing table time
Terrible idea.
DEVON LARRATT IS NOT RELEVANT ANY LONGER... ERMES IS WASTING HIS TIME FIGHTING A BROKEDOWN 2X FAILED RUN AT LEVAN... AND IT WASNT EVEN CLOSE AT ANY POINT....FIGHTER IN DEVON LARRATT. DEVON ISNT GOING TO FIGHT ANOTHER MEANINGFUL FIGHT EVER AGAIN. HES ALL HYPE AND NO FIGHT!
but i dont see why devon would want to, devon already cancelled his original match, what would make him want to go with ermes?
Did you watch the video? The answer is there, please don't spam without even checking the info.
Comfortable high-level competition
@@JDFivthis 👆
This does not make any sense. Ermes needs to specifically train for Devon in order to beat him. Ermes prepared specifically for Denis who grips low and lets you everything in the setup, now he should fight Devon who grips high with all his setup shenanigans. It will just be the replay of the previous match where he was beaten easly by Devon.
I mean, no. Devon would very likely lose this one. He isn't there both mentally and physically while Ermes Is in peak shape and with a ton of hand and wrist training in his back-pocket now. But still, this match won't happen because there's nothing to gain by Ermes. If he wins, he just won against an unprepared Devon. If he loses, that's going to be even worse for the possibility of a Levan rematch. That said, Devon and Ermes should definitely have a match in the near future, but only if both of them are ready and trained specifically for each other.
Why not Gennadi?
Let's not pretend that Ermes just walked into the Devon match. He wanted it - probably the biggest payday of his life including his levan match.
