Shelton showed he has potential to be a top 10 player but he's still a bit raw and inconsistent. He's only 20 so in 2 years he may figure it out. Sinner also went through some growing pains but looks almost unbeatable at 22.
Wish the court-level camera was used more often. The foreshortening from the high-mounted cameras loses a lot about the shots, and alternating between the two views is really nice.
Sinner right now is literally Djokovic circa 2011. Unplayable, at least on hard court. Shocked if he's not comfortably #1 by the end of the year. The -evs are solid players (Med, Sascha, Andrey), Carlos looks back to his early '23 form, and Novak is still Novak, but Jannik is just a freak. Not betting against him in any matchup except possibly Alcaraz on clay (unless Novak shows some signs of life in Miami...current Novak isn't winning any Masters or GS this year).
No moving camera please, so much headache to look at, whoever edit the video please take a look yourself to see if this is pleasant. Great performance from both players.
Whoever’s caping for Ben has to admit, that post game exit and not even acknowledging the fans was pretty bad. This is why folks say he’s disrespectful, not just for his over the top celebrations on every other point. It’s how he holds himself.
Oh shut up. You only make a big deal about stuff like that when it’s Ben. He can’t do anything that many other players do without you criticizing him. He lost quite badly in the last set, in his home country. He’s allowed to be sad about it, he doesn’t need to force a smile to a crowd. He’s human. He obviously did not mean any disrespect.
@@Nancy-sf2plFirstly, opening by telling me to shut up says a lot about your sense of respect. Secondly, most players acknowledge the crowd on exit. It’s called respecting your fans and supporters regardless of the result. It’s called basic etiquette. I would call out “many other players” but there aren’t many others at this level that don’t at least wave to the fans on departing a tennis court after losing. So no, I won’t shut up. Nor will I tell you to. We all deserve a right to an opinion, and I respect yours, even if you’re part of the disrespect. Maybe that’s what powers Ben’s. Idk.

@@joehoward7426 No, you're the ignorant on that. Shelton is cocky (irrespective of level) AND overly confident (way above his level of play).
I think is a very good player .. and this few loss will humble him a bit and make him a better player and person..he is still very young but im sure he will have a great career..
I'm a Sinner fan just to be clear !
Shelton showed he has potential to be a top 10 player but he's still a bit raw and inconsistent. He's only 20 so in 2 years he may figure it out. Sinner also went through some growing pains but looks almost unbeatable at 22.
There was so much wind during the first set and you could tell Sinner was not at ease...
Sinner the winner💪
It's Sinners time. If he stays healthy, he will be number 1 for a long time.
You’re just looking for stuff to complain about.
He was holding back tears hence a swift exit
Likes to give it but can't take it. Everyone knows the type.
Idk.
El humilde contra el Arrogante. El top ten vs el candidato. Se cortó la comunicación
Are the first two points the same?
shelton is not dangerous he is like a Roddick back in the day hit hard and that's all they have for a game...Shelton will fade away with his weak tennis brain and will never be a contender
Sinner top
Court level cameras are the best view. Maybe split screen from each player's side. But pls keep the camera still.
2:32 that kick serve on 0.5x speed 😂
Sinner handled Shelton's serve.
Whose going to beat sinner at this moment? Speed, accuracy, technique.. solid character. He has it all..
Medvedev
@@digital-detox-now 😂 mmmmm sorry that guy doesnt know how to win a final.

Wow amazing camera angles
Road to world No.1 with Jannik Sinner. Let go!
How many angles do you think you can cut the highlights in?
Editor: Yes.
bye bye Shelton......
El Italiano está en nivel PRO Super Star 💪🇮🇹
Love these views
where's that phone call?
Shelton cracked his screen in the second set.
These angels are so dope! Please post more highlights like this!
This is new correct?
I think most Americans would prefer Sinner to win over Shelton after all they still have Paul a very likeable and talented tennis player and the very dangerous Taylor Fritz. Shelton eventually will grow up and will not make phone calls anymore after his victories.
Don't speak for us, thanks. Focus on draining your pasta. The US crowd was very much with Shelton & the fans rooting for Sinner were polite about doing so. Y'all need to stop trying to sow discord. Completely ignoring the fact that most players get along with each other including Sinner & Shelton.
@@got2bjosh...you seem to have plenty so say as usual..and most of it imbecilic childish nonsense...so let the guy have his say.....or do you have to answer everyone's comments?
@@kevingilhooley2064 It's very simple. Americans can speak for themselves. I said what I said. If you talk smack with regard to Shelton, I'll be here to counter. All of this hate is a direct result of You-Know-Who's actions at USO. That bad karma is getting him now. People are too easily directed to blindly hate each other which only serves one purpose: reify the hegemony. Y'all play yourselves through spontaneous consent.
@@got2bjoshdo you speak for Americans then?
@@got2bjosh ....you don't seem to have a problem dissing other nationalities with derogatory comments,as you have done here with the 'pasta' comment,or your recent unsavoury comments about Latin American tennis...but you seem to get your knickers in a twist when people call out Shelton for his brat like antics....a lot of people dislike Shelton for this.....but I'm sure they don't hate him(me included)....there is a difference in 'dislike' and 'hate' which you obviously fail to understand, but you seem to be blinded by your 'Go USA' bias.
editing is epic
Forza Sinner 🦊🎾🇮🇹
The thumbnails sums it up
Jannick is the one to beat 👍
Sinner on a different level now
Big-Serving Shelton bread-sticked 6-1... Not a lot to shout about there. Nowhere near where he needs to be on the return game and Sinner can take Shelton's serve on the return game.
Shelton returned quite well during the first set. They traded breaks of serve to force a tiebreak, but after losing the first set, frustration for Shelton took over. Too many errors. Sinner went into his ski lodge & played really clean tennis. Whenever you're dealing with a player at GS winning form, things are going to be extra tough. Everyone knows this tourney is Sinner's to lose.
Shelton is a one trick pony, and a punk to boot.
@@got2bjosh Shelton hit 32% Return Points Won First Set. 19% Second Set. Sinner was 43% and 57% RPW for sets 1 and 2. For the 2023 season, Shelton was 49th out of 50 out of the ATP Top 50 on return points won with 32.7%.
@@huzcer nice stats there, but be careful, his fans would call you racist to bring that up against him
