You work really hard at keeping everything going and everyone fed and warm and happy. I loved seeing you giving Eparlan a good mummy moon scratch! His face!!! He clearly knows he's loved as I'm sure every living thing under your perview does as well. Thank you for sharing some of what it takes. Watching one of your videos is like a warm hug 🤗🥰
Hi you lovely Moon family...wonderful video! I love seeing the horses, no matter what age, they are beautiful and majestic! It's such a beautiful thing your family is doing taking care and giving them a loving caring home in their retirement! All your animals are lucky to be part of your family! Hope you and Toby are feeling much better! Thank you for sharing, take really good care of yourselves. Lots of love Kathy x 💕💕Canada
I am new to your channel (arrived via Pethericks). What joy & warmth you bring to this old lady in the US. I was privileged to very, very briefly (less than 1 year) get to know horses, especially 1. All rescues. Long story. Anyway, your family makes me happy. Such love for all living things, even hungry teenage boys. Our 2 sons are well into adulthood, happily married, but live in other states. Enough rambling! Blessings & thank you! Hope Mum & Toby feel better soon, & that the rest of the family stays well.
I don’t know when you rest!!? Dear heavens, I’m absolutely exhausted watching you. You’re all amazing, exceptional people. I’m so excited to have found your channel (through The Pethericks). And Nick!!!! The organ work is astonishing! How in the world do you know how to do that? Can’t wait to see what’s to come with all of you! Thank you!!
When I was 13 and horse mad, my mother bought me a pregnant 16 year old pregnant purebred Arabian. About two years later she started losing her teeth. She lived until she was 34 thriving in soaked freshly alfalfa pellets
Love your horses. Love that you've rescued them. Love that you give them a comfortable, happy retirement home. Love that you share their lives with us. Thank you.
What a beautiful family you are. We should have more people like you in the world. Wouldn’t that be wonderful!? Mummy Moon, you are an example of what motherhood should be. You are loving, caring, guiding, nourishing, funny, giving, compassionate. Have I missed anything? Your children will grow into fine adults because of your example. Lucky them belonging to the Moon family.
When was a child I wanted a horse so badly but alas I was highly allergic to not only the horses but to hay and virtually everything on a farm. So I really enjoy seeing you share so much love and affection for the legends. Well done Moons!
Hi Jenny and Toby, what a day's work just in horse duties. The legends really to do have the best end-of-life living, so thanking you again for that. They all have their beautiful personalities, that shines right through. Thank you for giving us a day with you and the horses. Love from N.Y.
Jenny Moon you are hilarious..your cartoon toothy horse and the green dizzy head 😂 little Oskar has those big bright eyes which are so cute. His personality is really showing now..happy and curious. He is getting more hair all the time. Hope you and Toby feel better soon.
Poor little Liv getting up and all stiff.. she reminded me of my old golden retriever (16) who would get up and walk like that. I liked the fun graphics of the horse and the spinning green face! Oskar is so cute! Growing so fast!
Thinking of you and hoping the right family comes along to fall in love with your beautiful home and makes it theirs. Viewings and all that comes along with selling a home is so much work, wishing you all the best. Feel better soon. I heard Nick is at the convent working on the organ rebuild, that will be fun to see😊 have a good weekend. Thanks for the video ❤️🇨🇦
Hello, Jennie!! It's difficult being out in the cold and damp. Bless you for all the love and dedication you give to The Legends. Eperlan is so beautiful!! He really loves you!! He reached around with his long neck to kiss you. I sincerely hope that you can kick the "cold" soon. Oskar Robin is such a happy baby, great smiles, so sweet!! Hope you joined Toby in eating a bacon sandwich too!! I miss English bacon and in the early 80s, looked forward to the Casey Jones "Flying Start" (breakfast bacon sandwich) sold at London's Waterloo Station. Chuck in Northern New England
Eperlan 😁gotta love that. I bet they love warm porridge with their tea! You have the greatest sense of humor among so many of your great attributes Mama Moon. That big beautiful smile that Oskar. Have a great night🙋🏻♀️❤️🇺🇸
I just love the horse vlogs - what a bunch of sweet horses. Do the young herd stay out in the field or do they go in to a barn or some other structure? I do hope that you get the sale you want - although I know it’s killing you to give up your magical home. Much love Jennie
So delighted to see and be in at the start of the new adventure for you and your family and, of course, congratulations to both of you on the arrival of your daughter. I followed all of your previous videos and am looking forward to the new adventure. I wish you all good luck, it looks to be a beautiful country you’ve chosen. 😊
Teenagers.. more needy than a toddler. They won't admit it though hahaha. Awe, Eperlan loves you so much, he knows your sick and still looking after him, what a precious animal. If your teenager could manage making breakfast while you muck out, that would be great, alas the lad is sick. (I'm teasing)
I’m really enjoying your channel. It’s so wholesome and the feel good factor has me fantasising about buying a farm in the French countryside. I like your style of just chatting to camera. It reminds me of the old days when me and the other mums would get together and just chat about what ever was going on at the time. And with that in mind I was wondering if it would be worth while considering having microphones attached for yourself and whoever else is in shot. Then you could talk as you work.
This is one of the rescues I follow and I’ve seen cases of old horses with damaged or rotten teeth and seems a shame they are put down just because of their teeth as they don’t gain weight… I’ll reach out and send them your vlog maybe might help
I buy Micronised Linseed !! I dont have to cook that !! I dont use barley as I dont have oldies !! I have in the past tho !!! You have to feed them lots at intervals... Eperlan itching him and his faces was classic. My horse itches me back tooo !!! Can be a bit rough 🤣🤣😂😂 Hope you feel better soon and the teenager !!!🤣🤣🥪🥪
Ohhh I was confused for a moment linseed vs flax and here’s why… “Linseeds and Flaxseeds “Flax” are the exact same thing. Confusion around these two names stems from the two big English-speaking countries. In the UK, we alternate between linseed and flax, while in the United States and Canada, both are referred to as flax.
Had Madjick always done the hoof in the bucket thing even before he lost the eye? It could potentially be a depth perception thing so he doesn't waste any dinner 😂 Mr de Fouquet looking fab as always 🥰
PG Tips Amazed how u love and look after all your animals . Hope your feeling better who does the editing it’s so good especially all the added extras wonderful story of every day life is Pom Pom a Samoyed ? 👍👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
I really enjoyed 5his video. Very nice vibes from it. Did Toby get his breakfast? I think he is old enough to make his own if he is hungry, but he's a teenager which explains a lot. You porridge looked so good I went to make oatmeal, probably not as good as yours.
I think you are marvellous, Jenny Moon. 4 kids, a farm, a house, a separate business and doing all this in the pouring rain.
You don`t need to say you love your horses you truly show it, just wonderful. ❤
So precious to see how you take care of these aged horses...a WONDERFUL thing ❤🙏

Lovely video. I do miss having equines to care for, but perhaps not so much on wet/windy days. Hope you and Toby are feeling better now.
The sooner it is done, son, the sooner you get your bacon sarnie!

Thank you Jenny for explaining the feed for the seniors. What’s the measurement/ratio of barley to linseed oil for one horse?
Poor Toby need to learn how to baa like a horse so he can get his bacon quicker. LOL
Crikey! How much does it cost a week to maintain the neddies? What a wonderful nurturer you are. ❤❤

The working week and home the weekend , until the organ is back together 🌙
Son, learn to cook and eat sooner. That is how life is.
Curious, what is in a bacon sandwich, sounds good.
Only appealing to meat eaters , a teenagers breakfast 🌙
Lovely to meet your little sprite Oscar Moon or Moonites. LOL
