But 24 years later when life hit and I lost family members and people I love, this songs hits so damn hard and actually got me emotional. Whoever you are, always appreciate the people you have. These guys are so talented and are 100% class acts. Remember, in the 90s these guys were either loved or badly hated. It's very odd how polarizing they were. Miami nearly booed them out of the stadium prior to singing the National Anthem at game one of the 1997 world series. I wont ever forget the looks on their faces when Miami greeted them that way. It was so classless. These were children at the time.
I am thrilled to see they still have it and it seems that fame and stardom didn't take them down the path of total destruction, as happens with so many teenage superstars.

I just wanna say it's extremely eerie how all the great music from my life time is coming bk as well as the "80's & 90" when my kids were growing up. My son got me to listen to this song when he was 13, we all loved it. It's really cool that they sound just as good as when they were young.❤

We all loved it. It's just that we all got tired of it because of the way radio stations worked back then. All of the best songs would play several times every hour and we just got sick of hearing them. After some time away from it, and finding THIS version, I can honestly say I'm absolutely unafraid to say i love this song out loud. And I don't run in to many people anymore who won't say the same thing.

When I was 14 years old, in 1997, this song played everywhere and I loved it with my soul. There was only one television at home. On one occasion I had a high fever, I didn't want to move out of bed, but suddenly the Mmmbop video started to play on the TV in the living room, so I dragged my feet there. I had to see it, I couldn't miss the opportunity. My sister made a lot of fun of me that day.

When they started out (we are roughly the same age) everyone wondered why I thought so highly of Hanson. I used to be told "they are a one hit wonder" (while they listened to other one hit wonders I won't mention out of respect) Now, more than 20 years later, listen to them... Pure talent right there! I wonder where those who laughed at me are now. I would just like to show them, not only mmmbob, but all the other amazing songs these guys play. They started off young and turned into one of the best bands by loving what they do.
