Seeing this just made me want one so bad, I ordered it. I have had my switch since 2018 and Splatoon is my favorite game series so this was a great decision.
Literally same!! While my old switch still works, it’s showing it’s age (had it 5 years), especially with the battery life 😭 I’m super excited to get it!

It’s cool but I don’t like how if the rooms a little dark the green controller is nice and bright and the purple one is impossible to see and it looks uneven and odd
Took Nintendo long enough to actually put effort into the Joycons instead of full colour ones. I know they have released them before but these look like the nicest so far.
Looks amazing, I’m hoping they give us a Pokémon Scarlet and Violet themed Oled cause I will be upgrading my current Oled if they do 😍

I want to buy a switch oled and was thinking about the white one, is this edition better ? The difference in the price between the two is around 65$
Does anyone know when they will stop producing this version? I plan on getting one in December but I’m not sure if they’ll be available by then.
It's a special edition, not limited edition. So will be mass produced.
The animal crossing switch was special edition like this one and they didn’t stop selling it officially until this year. You can still find them in most game stores that sell switches so I would imagine that in december it will still be widely available

It's NOT a Limited Edition console! It's a SPECIAL EDITION, which means it will be mass produced, very similarly to how the Animal Crossing SE Switch was. To this day, two years later, you can still purchase a brand new SE Animal Crossing: New Horizons Switch from your local Target, Gamestop, and Walmart. It can also be purchased brand new from most major online retailers as well. I have one. I also just ordered my Splatoon 3 Switch a few minutes ago! So excited!

I don't get the point of designing compact packaging and then delivering the product inside a bigger box with all of that wasted space.
Anyways, nice unboxing
There are regulations or rules companies have to follow when it comes to packaging their products before selling them, but that’s just my personal opinion

Yes. I also have the regular oled and it wiggles too. I got a switch grip from amazon and it made it a lot better for me
