  • Pam Tau Lee, an activist who has for decades fought for social justice, recalls her experience during the 1977 eviction at the International Hotel in San Francisco's Chinatown. She, alongside many others, were part of a years-long campaign against neighborhood encroachment.

WORLD is carried by 195 member stations in markets representing over 75.1% of US TV households.     Long as Asians were looked at as something that was different than standard white people. Racist who just so happened to be white could look at them as something they could ostracize. Unfortunately we should all still remember that those type of racist white people are still out there. Luckily we have Caucasians who are still trying to fight the good fight. Like the people who made this program 😁🤟❤️💯
