Request to akshay sir --Problem with plant protein they are not in 1 kg pack , let say I need 5 kg I need to buy 10 packs bcoz 1 kg is not available... Due to this I have tons of scoops with me which are totally waste also there is no option for us to opt out that we don't need scoop

Sir bit disagree with you.. test of plant protien is not good also it couldn't dissolve properly,when i drink it literally feel like tea is overn and what i am drinking is bacha huwa chaai ka paatii..since a year i am having vegan protein and there is no brand which is good in test.. or atleast adequate smooth to consume.
First, taste is individual issue and makes no difference in terms of effect

Bioavailabilty means how much "our body can absorbs the protien" which is indeed less in case of PLANT PROTIEN studies show that, it is around 75-80
So their is no point to discard whey until and unless you are lactose intolerant
So don't say "dono bilkul same hai" quality of whey is way higher than plant
Also you are forgetting about subfractions you get from whey ,I hope you have studied about it
. I'm not talking about amino profile. I'm talking about bioavailability. And that's proven in studies where whey and plant Proteins have been compared. I'm talking about supplements not food comparison
And no difference in terms of any performance has been seen with whey or plant Proteins. That's why bioavailability in terms of supplements is just a theoretical concept
