- After a mold disaster we now have a great apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. Some moving, decorating and drawing... I hope you like it!

I'm so glad you both were able to get out of an unhealthy situation so quickly. Nice that the new apartment is close enough to make the move a little easier. The apartment looks really nice and well lit with natural light - good for drawing! :) From viewing Berlin videos I've come to enjoy those made in the Prenzlauer Berg area the best. It appears that area of the city didn't see as much destruction during WWII and a lot of the older residential architecture has survived and has been restored. Some of the buildings I've seen are very ornate. Congratulations on your first YT anniversary!
Thank you so much! Everything feels so much better now that we have some more space an light! I feel so much more motivated to draw and film and everything:) Prenzlauer Berg really is beautiful, it must have been preserved quite well during WW2, there are so many little craft workshops with beautifully restored antique furniture, places that fix things, enamel tableware shop… its amazing walking around the neighborhood and discovering these places. Can’t wait to film and show more here:)

I love your channel ❤ you’ve inspired me to actually start illustration I’ve always just thought about it. I sketch in charcoal and paint with oil but there’s something so special about your drawings. Could you show us a step by step process from start to finish in one video please? Also the tools you use 😊

And thanks for the video suggestion, i got asked to do this kind of videos already, so i think i will come up with something:) i am not professionally trained in illustration so all i know is from books, internet and my own practice, but i can show you that. I’ll take some time with it and make an illustration workshop series out of it:)

oh what an apartment!!!😍. Eddie seems to be very happy and relaxed! What a huge sigh of relief! Too many exclamations but that's how i feel 😄. Question, is that caran d'arch watercolor? Congratulations on the one-year anniversary.
Hi Anthony! Thanks so much! We are all super happy with it. Also eddie is so relaxed about moving, he’s done it 4 times in his 2 years:) the Caran D’Ache paints are supposed to be gouache, but they are not as thick as the ones that come in the tube. But i like how you can use them as watercolors too. Interesting product, i must give them a better try to say more about it:)
