    I can't get over how good of a podcast this was! You both played off of each other so well and always gave space for the other person to fully expound on an idea.
    Even better you were never out of sync with the main topic/question that started the whole thing.
    These are the kinds of conversations that build community.

    55:00 As a young boy now 23 getting diagnosed with MS at 14 was probably the best thing that happened to me and my family. There is lots of strength and power in fully accepting the reality that is in front of you. I feel that despite the challenges and ups and down that I have experienced over the past 9 years with a disability. I am in the best shape of my life and have fully taken control of my physical and mental health and choices. The only downside I would say is that you have to grow up quicker, as life gets put more into focus when you have health issues.

    i gotta say, he have a point in the "stay away dad" argument. My dad was never present i looked down on him. But i met my grandad like eachother week or so, and spent aloit of time those days with him, we did stuff, he learned me so many lessons and he made me who i am today. Great values like you guys are talking about. But i also think a dad needs to be present. so maybe something in between might be the best.

    Dont know if Jack will agree with me but the best thing that ever happened to me was getting addicted to heroin. I am three years clean and sober and I wouldnt wish it on anyone else but I was able to learn about myself, The Creator and life in ways that simply would have been impossible had I not had that experience. Lord, please keep me yoked to your will and protect me from temptation and the spirit of addiction, in Jesus name. Great podcast, good to see you growing so quick.

    These men do such a good job of showing us this #1 thing that 100% of men should take on board:
    We are all capable of building ourselves to whatever level we choose. We can do it by our own sheet will if we are willing to:
    • Chase the crown, not the queen
    • Choose and aggressively pursue our missions
    • Choose the pain of discipline over the pain of regret
    If we do these things, we can all end up conquering our lives. HUGE inspiration.
    Keep going, brothers.

    Another great podcast, David! My opinion: Children need their father. If a father is absent, how is that any different than a fatherless home? We’ve all seen the statistics of fatherless homes; the data proves that it’s not good. Instead, active fathers (who are destined to be “human” and make mistakes just like everyone else) have the opportunity to demonstrate to their family of what a Man should be.

      100% agree with this, imagine trying to balance being a business man and having multiple kids with different women, it really doesn’t sound like and ideal environment for the kids that are being brought up in my opinion. It’s hard enough as it is raising one household and Running a business.

    David you've preached about being mysterious / not being always available with your girl. How do you achieve this being married to Julia? I ask because you're always filming together, eating together, traveling together, playing sports together, living and sleeping together duh. When do you have alone time?

    • @PeoplePleaser578
      @PeoplePleaser578 11 місяців тому

      Thats literally something you do in the early stages of dating, not something that is sustainable for an entire relationship... as for alone time, you just arrange it with your partner to have alone time.

    This generation of young men wear yoga sweat pants and purple croaks,or flip flops ,they got tiny shorts on out in public ,there is no helping them ,men are not supposed to wear skinny Capri sweatpants or pink croaks ,or any open toe footwear .is a bizarre trend that everyone followed and the work ethic is non existent, that's why u see these young guys with giant acne and gyno with no size ,they actually went straight to juice with no plan or even no training, or do a set and flex for ten min ,I see them all the time and tons of them ,if u ever wore some tiny shorts with you're balls hanging out 15 years ago ,u would have been tormented ,wear some loose sweatpants and a tight shirt or do something other than some yoga pants for men .
