I believe the girl had a domestic violence situation in my opinion and blame it on the elderly man to keep her boyfriend from getting in trouble that's what I believe happened.🙏🏾💓🙏🏾😊✌🏾
Especially after not being able to describe him except for “white” and “gray hair” after being prompted. The female and male need to be investigated by an outside agency and the female needs to be arrested for false reporting.
So, she's not punched in the face and she's sleeping in her apartment and she suddenly wakes up and thinks "you know what would be funny, if I punch MYSELF in the face and call the cops and blame it on my elderly neighbor! Boy howdy, that would be a HOOT!" Yeah, that is much more plausable than her ACTUALLY getting assaulted by a grumpy, old, white guy.
Obviously the girl was high on something or drunk, she was slurring her words. The cops just went with that, gave the gentleman NO chance to talk. The second officer should be just as responsible as the officer that tazed the gentleman as they are a team. And the condescending tone of the officer “you’ve had NOTHING to drink”...did you ask the dramatic girl what she had to drink
"old man" himself isn't suing because this triggered a medical condition and he is currently not conscious and is dying. Family is representing him. Police need to stop attacking fragile at risk seniors.
the elderly man's attorney released this body cam video to the public ; the judge cited her for contempt of court; why ? the video would have been edited if not disappeared
1st problem as a police officer that's responding to a accident like this shouldve announced themselves when knocking the old man wouldn't have thought it was his neighbors coming after him like he said resulting in the old man never grabbing the machete before opening the door
If I'm not mistaken, the woman next door lied about the gentleman hitting her. I have watched a longer version where the female cop realized the woman was lying and confronted her about it!!! So if my memory of this is correct, they tased and arrested this old man on hear say because they didn't investigate to find out what was actually going on. Police take the word of the reporting party and 9 times out of 10, never investigate further!!!!
How do anyone actually know he even hit her. All this is circumstantial evidence. Yes I agree after putting the machete down he should had complied and stepped out. But the police should had told him why he was stepping out. I don't remember hearing the police announce their presence when they knocked. He may have thought it was the neighbors.
Exactly, second time she said what happened was totally different than the first and she was the aggressor at his door and didn’t mention getting punched at all
They did nothing to collaborate the story, not a thing. They didn’t even ask qualifying questions to the lady before knocking on the door of the older gentleman. They already tried the guy as guilty. Just listened to her lies. Oh, and did you see her record? I saw She was arrested in 2012(?) for trying to kill someone. I believe she called the cops on the guy prior and guess what she told those cops? I’ll let you guess what lie she used.

@Kipp Peterson so are you saying the woman punched herself? If I went over a beat up my neighbor I probably would answer my door with a machete. He also was going on a rant about the neighbor before the police even told them they were their because the neighbors called. It would be really weird for her to beat herself up and call the police claiming the neighbor who was at his place peacefully, didn't come over and hit her!
@Kipp Peterson you are basically saying the woman beat herself up and then called the cops and blame the neighbor who just moved in. Not sure why anyone would do that?
These two are just low life punks who get off on whipping up on elderly people who can’t defend themselves. The Idaho springs police dept. must be pretty sorry to have scrapped these two off the sidewalk somewhere.
he was in his home.. he complied and put his weapon up.. it was not a knife or machete.. he tried to explain what happened the cop tazed him.. no warning or reason.. it is all right there on camera
I think this couple...that the girl was hit by the boyfriend and that is what made the loud noise he heard. Then she called the Police but the boyfriend told her that she better not say it was him so she blamed the old man.
He also dragged the old man into the hallway by his ankles, to make it appear as if that’s where he was tasered. Why am I the only one, apparently, who noticed this while watching the video?
They had one side of the story, than comes to his door banging hard he didn't know it was the police, maybe felt those people were coming to fight him so he arms himself. The police told him to put down the weapon and he did, they still didn't tell him why just come out, he says no and they tase him, the police was definitely wrong thank God he didn't die.
Exactly man I’m with the old guy here. She was very intoxicated and clearly fabricated the incident. The cops were wrong even hit the guys head a couple times.
There must have been something that set the old man off, that he came over and punched the lady, he did keep repeating that he ‘thought that they were coming through the wall,’ or something!
This is happening way too often. Both cops need to be charged with abuse of power and assault!! Get the living drama queen for False charges..wow. The female cop banged his head against the shelf. SICKENING
Classic rooky mistake doesn't even announce that it's the local Rambo Police. Knocking on the door without first announcing that your the local Police Dept after an incident of course the tenant is going to be ready to defend himself. He also should have asked who was at the door.
Oh the one with the drunk lady next store thats boyfriend smacked her and called the cops and then they got scared when the neighbor banged on he wall so they blamed it on him, then the cops taser him for no reason and then plant the machete in the hallway...Oh yeah....See the callers criminal record from fraud, to abuse to attempted murder

If I was the boss of those two " police officers " I'd want them off the force. He put down the machete when asked, was obviously not armed and the only offence was swearing at the officers ! Listening to his neighbours I would put the blame 85/15 against the neighbours more than likely the bangs on the wall were from the woman being hit by her boyfriend.

The police told him to put down the weapon and he did, they still didn't tell him why just come out, he says no and they tase him, the police was definitely wrong thank God he didn't die.
I wonder if the boyfriend punched her in the face?
@@idontcare1481 My thoughts exactly...when the drugs ran out, the two started fighting.
These neighbors sound like they antagonize him. Do something to them also ✌
Sounds like she was thrown against the wall by a woman-beater....
@@ruthokelley5833 The is no evidence or witness to the alleged assault.
Well he did admit to going over there
This is happening way too often. Both cops need to be charged with abuse of power and assault!! Get the living drama queen for False charges..wow. The female cop banged his head against the shelf. SICKENING
They did not announce who they were. They did not talk to this man he was unarmed when they gazed him and that cop is a menace who planted evidence
Accept he admitted in the video to going over there!
Luckily the guy wasn't black or Hispanic or else they wouldn't have used their tasers.
@@chrisyanover1777 he completely says he didn’t attack anyone at around 11:40 mark.
@@chrisyanover1777 she also literally changes her story the next day. Claiming her boyfriend was there and knocking on door and holding her back from fighting the gentleman. Boyfriend clearly states he wasn’t there. She has also been arrested for Fraud when she gave a police officer someone else’s ID, domestic abuse and other stuff.
@@cherryd9747 I'm guessing you are pissed about George Floyd's murder too?
12:13 cops tells him " just sit just sit" when he realizes the old man was remembering that he put the knife up on the shelf. Smh
Why is it always dated out of shape cops who like to tase and bold face lying on camera unbelievable get his ass fired and charges against him. That girl is lying I feel in my heart...
Dam he give no warnings or nothing shocking
Training manual: be in fear of your life at ALL times.
Yet, again and AGAIN, we see other videos of police stops, with questions like "Ur shaking, why r u so nervous? Ur eye is twitching, why so nervous?? Ur breathing a little faster than normal, u hella nervous!!"
Conclusion: nervous police are good police, nervous citizens are criminals.
Yet another case of the cops not investigating and going on the word of 1 person. Sounds like domestic violence on the ones that called and they blamed the old man. But they got the handcuffs on even though he was incapacitated Just my opinion.
You are correct.
My thoughts exactly
No investigation ,rush to judgement, tase and move the weapon.
This has been happening -- the perps / criminals can falsely report & this happens. He just got tazed - asked if he was drinking?! ¿ Rise up with City Council/Mayors/Governor's!!
THIS IS SO WRONG, WHAT THE HELL, THIS IS A RIME YOUR ARE FIRED ON THE SPOT,, NEVER TO BE A COP AGAIN, PENSION TAKEN ETC..
OMG when that cop tells him to sit down it is so clear the cop is guilty, this goes on every day and it must stop.
Both officers should loose there jobs she is just as guilty as the officer that taszed this senior gentleman.
Who answers the door with a machete? Luckily he wasn't black or Hispanic or else they wouldn't have used his taser right!
They hit his head on the cabinet when they pulled him out. Omg...I think that lady is full of Shyt.
They electricute the old guy, drag him out in the hallway and start saying sir talk to me. Crazy
This cop was way outta control. How about identifying your bad ass little self before beating on a door of a man who was aready having issues with the drunk neighbor and late at night. That was carelessbecause you created pay off these circumstances and under these circumstances, it's entirely reasonable to come to the door with a weapon. But then, the tazing...unbelievably outta line. The man put the damn thing down.... plus a kick and whatever else he did to this older citizen. Not to Mendon, silence regarding the weapon being in the hallway. I'm glad this untrustworthy, quick to act incorrectly cop was fired. I hope there is more punishment coming his way. This was bad and didn't have to happen.
I've read where she has used the Police before to do her dirty work.
shooting someone with a taster is the same as using a gun. the female officer lied. their was no need to shoot him.
officer did a cover up with the machete. he should be in prison.
Yep, still earning the hate! Gawd when are they gonna quit acting like cowards!?!
He wasnt "sir"when ya tased him. Since "defund the police" is such a hot button topic maybe "criminally convict all the police officers on the scene" is a better slogan to go by.
Just not as catchy.
Hitting a woman for no reason is against the law
@@vguyette2861 actually it's against the law to hit ANYONE. But does she have visible bruises? Did any officer witness physical contact? Unless the woman said she wants him arrested and charged, the police have no business using that type of force. Especially if the guy wasn't erratic. That was simple over reach and the officers involved knew it right then and there.
Did anybody check the old man's hands to see if there was any bruising? Older people bruise very easy if he punched a girl in the face his hands would be black and blue. I didn't see no investigation. I saw a guy scared opening his door with a machete realizing it's cops putting the machete up and getting teased before even being asked a question. I see cops smacking his face on a piece of furniture. And dragging his old body out to the hallway putting cuffs on him. Before even making sure he's okay. Not telling him why this even took place until he's on a gurney. And not even listening to him to get the facts which is necessary to reaching outcome. Maybe the woman's face is messed up from getting smacked against the wall. This is ridiculous and both of them officers should be fired. If they can't handle an elderly man without using a taser then they shouldn't be cops. The only way that taser should have been deployed is it that man reached out to get that knife again or didn't comply when they told him to drop the knife.
And then they can't figure out why people have had enough.
1. Fire ALL police.
2. Have the national guard take over temporarily.
3. Create an entire new system from scratch.
Just 2 remind the world.. It takes 2 years to get your Cosmotology license n 6 months (or less) to become a cop.
I agree 100%
This has to stop
That is one dangerous old man, good thing 2 young cops were able to defuse the situation without getting hurt. Of course the old guy got hurt but no-never mind about that. I hope he gets a bundle, because he won’t get his Heath back.
After they tase the male, they failed to read his rights after he is able to speak. They didn't even stop to make sure he understood what was told him. This was after assaulting the man. Nice policing.
Sounds like the boyfriend beat her up and she needed to get the old man for assault so the boyfriend wouldn't go to jail for assault and battery of high and aggravated nature. The banging on the wall was probably her being thrown against the wall.
Shouldn’t you be asking the woman how much she’s drunk? Not him,
The guy didn't know it was the police at the door , he thought it was his neighbors harassing him again , when he realized it was the police he immediately put down the knife, the guy was entitled to defend himself in his own nome.
Who answers the door with a machete? After he already assualted a woman!
@@chrisyanover1777 you didn't watch the story did you, he didn't assault anyone , and my elderly mother lives alone, she has a knife next to her door, incase some maniac comes knocking.
@@kingdomfor1 so why did he answer the door with a machete if he didn't expect retaliation? Also before the police asked him a single question about the incident with the neighbor he started talking about what the neighbors did and was defending himself for his actions before the police even mentioned anything about the neighbors. So he knew the reason the police were their was because of what he did to the neighbor! If I punched the girl next door, it would be the only situation I would answer the door with a deadly weapon in hand!
@@chrisyanover1777 I'm a little surprised that the police went inside got the knife and placed it outside with the old man , now why would they do that ? But I'm sure the truth will come out eventually, it usually does .
@@kingdomfor1 if they placed the knife outside his place than that is clearly a case of police misconduct because he clearly put the machete down on top of his peace of furniture. So if they did that than they are clearly wrong in doing that!
Wow, just wow. “Not arguing with you about placement of the weapon” and never clarifies how the machete got there. WE ALL SAW IT.
Another video where the taser is not being used as a less-lethal form of self-defence by cops, but instead using a taser as a FORCED COMPLIANCE WEAPON.
He didn’t do what they wanted fast enough, so they tried to kill him. Odd part is, he would have been tased either way. Male cops directives were to step out into the hall in his underwear, but the female at the same time was ordering him to get on the ground, CONFLICTING DIRECTIVES!
The man put the weapon down, the cop chose to escalate it to an assault with a deadly weapon. Claim whatever they want A TASER CAN KILL.
Cops think that because a taser is classed as ‘less-lethal’ then can just shoot people with it. But what if a cop thought he could shoot you in the leg just for saying ‘NO’ to him? That’d be less-lethal too!
Has these cops been fired yet for what they did here, and we're they arrested for it ? Blue Isis !
Don’t you think that too much tased him and dragging him like a pig that’s crazy cops
