@@nottelling4205 true. If you watch just random police videos, you will see them send each other hand signals while talking. Such as tap their vest near their camera means my camera is on and recording. They may signal their neck which means cut your camera audio or both audio and video. Other times you see them lean in close and whisper so the camera audio cannot pick up. With current technology capabilities, whenever a break is needed, all they have to do is dock the camera which will register the time, date, an minutes it's been docked. The docks are currently inside PD's but why not make them probable or even charger based so that an auto outlet or laptop USB can stamp when it has been docked. That way they can take meal or bathroom breaks in peace.

We saw how he took care of the dog! Any citizen who carried a dog by the collar, making it choke, then throwing it down, would be arrested for cruelty to animals! The reason the officers were bit, was because they wouldn't allow the owner to put the dog inside, instead, tasing and arresting him for obstruction, making up a lie, as Loveland police are known for doing, saying the father was "going for an officer"! He's the only one who saw that.
When the female went to get the statement from the witness, she didn't like that he said the father went to put the dog inside, and the cops went nuts,. So she didn't get a statement from him, since it was negative against the officers. That's purposely hiding evidence that was negative towards what the officers did. Telling police they can't arrest a 14-year old is not obstruction. It's a father exercising his 1st amendment right. If they thought what they were doing was legal and right, why did the training officer turn off his audio when an officer mentioned a 14-year old can not consent to be with a legal adult! They should have left to go arrest the 18-year old, but the officer was trying to hide that information, by muting his body cam. The public paid hard earned money for those body cams! They deserve to get the entire picture, with sound, so like in this case, they can't hide the fact that they should be arresting the 18-year old for child rape! Lying about what the father tried to do, just so they could hang an obstruction charge on him, while I realize it's the practice of the Loveland PD to lie and assault the citizens, it's unlawful and abuse of authority. How many times did the father say I'll put the dog inside, so it doesn't bite you. And, I'm putting the dog inside! Do the Loveland police not understand English? The witness heard him and reported it. Too bad they refused to take his report..... I wonder why?

Officers have learned how to manipulate video to look like one thing when it is actually something else. Some cases they call "GUN" then shoot when in fact there is no gun, but this makes it seem as if they thought they saw one. Plenty of drug stops have officers manipulate the camera to make it look bad for the person.

1:00 Dad should have never given permission for them to talk to her.
9:02 Same asking for permission to speak with her, different bodycam.
2:14 They start discussing how she's 14, the bf is 18, and the age of consent is 15. As they are verifying with each other that she is the victim of statutory r@p€, they turn off audio to maintain minor/victim privacy. Our first bodycam footage has an officer who can't be bothered to turn his back on.
10:14 The other bodycam confirms the discussion of the statutory victim situation and and turns off sound. This officer at least turns his sound back on afterwards.
I'm not emotionally able to discuss the dog abuse and cop cover-up with nice words to the dog.
13:30 "Drop her down and sit on her. We can't be doing this." And then he proceeds to taze dad, hang the dog and the poor girl (a victim of domestic violence and statutory r@p€ according to these same cops) is terrorized by the trainee officer (why is a trainee talking to the girl?) and then has her head bashed in to the retaining wall. Is this
20:50 I love how the blonde lady cop flat out lies on camera. She says that the witness isn't willing to give a statement and then proceeds to repeat what the witness told her happened.
"The guy was trying to get his dog contained and the cop went crazy on him."
He was not willing to lie and say what you wanted so you don't take his statement. Nice.

These cops however seem intent on causing drama and the one cop who is extremely rude to the father has zero professionalism. This behavior from the current police in Loveland is quite honestly embarrassing just look at how they broke that elderly lady’s arm then were caught laughing about it at the station. Apparently, the girl's boyfriend, who she is accused of slapping, told the officers TWICE that he didn't want to press charges. They arrested her anyway. What the actual fk?
Here's the other problem; She was on private property (her own home) and the officers were there long after the supposed crime was committed, so by law, if she's at home and they didn't witness the crime, police have to get an arrest warrant signed by a judge or magistrate.

The Loveland Police don't give a flying fuck about rights. They will do literally, ANYTHING they want to do. They are one of the most corrupt departments, and head up by psychopaths. The entire department is made up of bullies and control freaks. I live in this town and everyone has known this, for decades. They are a bunch of smirking, instigating egomaniacs.
If you refuse to talk to them, this is the result. Expect your face to be smashed into the concrete. If you stay inside your house, they will just bust in.

The officer says he gets it now unfortunately the officer doesn't get it. Per his policy you cannot tase an unarmed man who is not being violent, maybe if you're lucky you could get away with pepper spray (even that would have been questionable in this situation). He was bending over to contain his dog then got pushed and then got tased. This does not look good for the officer.

When a witness told the female cop, who was looking for a statement of what they saw, they said the father tried to put the dog away and the cops went nuts! She decided they no longer needed his statement. She said, after hearing the lies the training officer told her, I figured it was something like that! What they don't realize is their body can will show the father never went after a deputy, he was going after his dog, to put it inside, so the officers didn't get bit! They decided they could handle the dog, by carrying it by it's collar, choking it, then tossing it inside! I hope animal rights people see what he did.
