- here is my video on turning Walnut Hulls into powder. Which in turn can be used not only for magick use but a very practical stain, and applied to the skin is an excellent protection against mosquito bites and poison ivy. Of course Walnut will stain your skin for many days or even weeks.
Thanks for the info
Nice video thumbs up
Thank you so much! This is the only how to make powdered black walnut I could find. My hulls are drying out now, not looking fwd to this next step tho.
i need one of those bricks! lol you can get an electric coffee bean grinder at goodwilll for about three bucks, it gets them about 99% ground then i sift it through a metal strainer. does the hull lose chemical properties when it ripens bc it seems everyone says to only use green hulls. i let mine air dry and they're still going to turn black so im not sure why everyone says use only when green, anyone know?
Can use the ones that have been on the ground and dried out from the sun ?
This is Great!!!! Thank you!!!
Additional question:
Have you considered or know of anyone that has just scored the outer hull and stick the whole thing, nut and all, in the oven or dehydrator? We've been considering that and wondering what that would do to the state of the nuts...
so whats the magic use for them
Your hands were so stained.... LoL
What is the walnuts are already black? They'll just be harder to crack?
I know the tinctures are excellent to rid the body of parasites and fungi, but what about the powder, is it antiparasitic and antifungal as well? Should one powderize the BW-Hulls and put into capsules for ingestion or just mix the powder with a drink? Any suggestions or response(s) would be great. Thank you.
great idea
How long and what temperature you dehydrate them? Thx
Ty for the shares have
Can you use walnuts with black on them?
Can’t you use a coffee grinder? Or are the husks toxic ?
