@@XxSLAYER18xX I’ve played with Madsen Storm for a while. I don’t particularly enjoy aiming with it because of the huge mag obstructing my vision. Trench has godly hipfire and that’s my way to go with this weapon. We could be yapping all day long about what the best weapons are but there are soo many variants in this game, it really just comes to preference
my top weapon is the vetterli vitali infanty rifle, its usually 1 shot kill at close range meaning you can play really aggressive scout while also being able to 1 shot medium range too.
SMLE, Gewehr 98 and Lebel are my top 3 snipers. SMLE is probably the best all round situational, but the Gewehr is the best for range imo. The lebel is also a good all rounder, tho a little more on the range side but it's great for medium range engagements on a lot of maps like Senai, Suez, Grappa etc.

Lol other than that, nothings changed much in the best weapons/meta of BF1 I guess. Still the same since the game got its last update.
On console zhe sniping in bf1 feels horrible with aim assist on imo. Its way too sticky and you have to fightthat aa bubble very often. I turn aa off in bf1 for sniping
general liu deserves some recognition tbh. Being able to outsnipe scouts while healing and reviving is really strong

The truth... There is not a better weapon, but the affection that one has for a weapon and how one uses it will make it the best weapon

PC and consoles are completely different beasts. It's much harder to aim on console than PC.
