so if understood you correctly, if i'm in the US already, and if my PD has not reached in visa bulletin yet, and my I140 has been approved, I cannot file for adjustment of ststus, but I can apply for a temporary work permit and work legally in the US till my PD is reached in visa bulletin. is that correct?
Hi Anna, thanks fir your useful video. I submitted my I-140 application 13 months ago but I still have not received a decision yet. I have PhD in Electronics and have many years teaching and research experience. What could be holding my application and when a decision will be made by USCIS?
Hi Anna, Our daugher is in the States as a college student holding an F1 visa and our NIW file is approved but as we (the petitioner, me and our son) are out of the States and waiting for the consular processing in our country for the immigrant visa. My question is, when we reveive a letter for our interview, our daughter might not be eligible as she is a student and might have exams and so on.. Is there a way she can apply for an adjustment of status in the USA?
Hi! She must attend the interview with you to get her immigrant visa. She cannot apply for adjustment of status as a dependent of a petition because the principal applicant is getting the immigrant visa via consular.
Thank you for the information. Could you please clarify whether Form I-140 requires an additional fee or not, when submitted under premium processing, considering the USCIS fee schedule states that the Premium Processing fee is in addition to all other applicable filing fees?"
Ola! Espero que possa responder☺️ My priority date is Feb 3 2023 for I 140 and I 1485. My status here I94 ends in Dez 2 2024, after 7 years in L1. Do you think I will need to go out of the country to complete my application? It’s on premium, but the PD still in January 15th and lawyers are saying that might not move till October. If the visa bulletin move in mid September, Do you think I will have time enough to wait for adjustment of status until my I94 ends in dezember ? Thank you!!
Hi! There is a large backlog for the petitions. Maybe you should consider premium processing. Best wishes!

If you are submitting form I-140 along with premium processing, you will need to pay: $715 (form I-140) + $2,805 (form I-907) + Asylum fee.
Thank you for this information.
