    Great talk. As an older man, one could say, ancient indeed. When I was young I fell away from the church (never stopped believing). The World got hold of me good, the only thing I did not do was to shed innocent blood. I knew the gospel was true, I just could not live it. I was lost in the World. Then. After many years the Lord intervened in my life, and showed me the way to return, which I did. And have been repenting ever since. All this because of the atonement. I thank my Saviour every day, for what he did for me.

    "27:30 If you are striving and working to repent then you are in the process of repenting"
    These simple words allowed the spirit to touch my heart. I am so grateful for the gospel and the plainness in which God speaks to His children through His chosen servants.

    Grace is not sufficient.
    Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and IF YE SHALL DENY YOURSELF OF ALL UNGODLINESS, and love God with all your might, mind and strength, THEN is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and IF by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God. Moroni 10
    Have you denied yourself of all ungodliness?
    Individuals cannot be saved in their sins;

      Grace is how you deny yourself all ungodliness, if you do it all on your own strength you will be prideful and then need to rely on grace all the more.
