I feel like every time I play as victim or family my team has no clue what to do 😂 every time at the end of the match I have like 2,000 xp and my teammates have like 600
There should be a community TCM discord server so people can team up; better game if there are mics on so the gang can communicate and build chemistry by playing with eaco ther. I've looked up TCM-related servers but most of them are pretty small although there is Dead by Devs; some members might be TCM players .
There's an easy way to avoid this with connie, jump from the upstairs window with a heal in hand, as soon as you land apply the healing, go thru the crawl space and pop the gate, if u lucky enough, Nancy or Cook will try chasing u, but you can easily avoid them with the barricade or the gap in the fence
It’s such a good feeling as hitchhiker when nancy puts barbed wire where you usually trap haha I also feel Johnny Nancy/Hitch and Cook is just as powerful Having Johnny barge the doors with a max damage build and the house is heaven for him. Not to mention how good he is with the open area outdoors in case they ever get out
That rare double knockdown from Leland on Game 2 at 6:33 . 8:35 Victims in a tight spot; the only safe way I think is if they go back to the basement and go up through a different exit; pretty annoying to have Hitch, Cook, and Nancy as killers now that it's possible ; the first game ended quite quickly too because of the lineup . 11:02 Free lunch(dinner)
This combo is amazing but whenever I get them on Family House our hitchhiker doesn’t help protect the fuse box and it’ll spawn somewhere cook and Nancy can’t get to and I’m just like 😀
actually i try to counter this by jumping out the window upstairs. worked 50% so far. Basement window is just nah with a hitch. Keeps them busy so someone else can pop doors
honestly i just jump out of the window with 50 strength stunt double no sell and choose flight and turn off gen while i get my friend as ana to backstab whoever opens the door with choose fight choose flight and grappler so i can turn off gen and with 8 second stun time upgrade on leland i just barge whoever wants to kill one of us and run to the road and works 99% of the time lol
Got to avoid all crawl spaces while avoiding any family from seeing you then you have to hope hitch don’t got a trap outside the window with venom and pray nobody heard you jump out the window so against this line that 90% is dropped to 50% escape rate
A lot of HHs are double trapping window now because of these similar strats. As a HH I’ve done a full trap venom build. Trapped front of the window outside and inside near the window. Inside trap denies / cancels the jump but still does an animation. So you’re stuck in an animation screen while getting hit by family. Essentially you just end up dying or incapacitated.

Yeah going for the upstairs window and bringing them outside seems like the best strat against this, assuming that hitchhiker hasn't trapped all the stairs. I do think the family house is just a problematic map due to the major choke point of the house and how small it is, so it probably should get some kind of rework, maybe opening up more connections on the side or something.
Yeah just ult the padlock in the back and rush to the gate and unlock it usually works like a charm. Either that or have an Ana and Leland jump out of the window at the same time. Have Ana take the trap. Ana should use extra drip prior before jumping so she can out heal the blood / venom bleed from the trap. A bone shard helps with getting out of the trap faster just in case HH comes out.
As Connie I instantly pop off the lock on the back door and head for the back. As Ana I equip extra drip, grab a bone scrap and a heal, and head towards the window. If the trap is in front of the window I disable it, heal, and then jump out the window. If the trap is outside, use the bone scrap to instantly escape it. Either way, using a heal with extra drip right before jumping through the window is key. Using anyone else I pressure fuse and hopefully at least keep a killer or 2 busy.
Right people act like this isn’t easily counter able by a good team. There gonna all have a bone scrap if the see a hitch and especially if it’s hitch and Nancy. Window plays are always going to work because then you’ve got them freaking out running outside and now someone has a lock off somewhere else. Always got to watch fuse to because fuse it’s always the play on family house, especially if it’s a Danny that can tamper it.

middi didnt you try the fast spotting with cook? i was wondering how good that would be in chase with his unique perk that gives him stam once hes spotted someone, it would have to pair with scout
I made a post about this on Reddit the other day and got some feedback but a lot of complaining. I just feel another gate from side garden would balance the map a bit better without making it way too easy.
Only way to beat this setup is to have connie use her ability on cooks lock the back screen door while other victims distract the family and pressure other locks and pressure fuse. The victims also have to rush and get out fast so they have less time yo set up.
Nancy’s poison attack feels way too strong. As a family member she messes with movement of victims the most. Which is the primary ability that all victims share. Hitchhiker at least limited options. Sissy’s poison can be avoided. Cook’s locks can be broken (eventually). Leatherface can be baited into attacking. Nancy’s guaranteed poison on hit is super strong. Especially with how much it messes up movement. Yes there is perks to reduce it. But a Nancy with scout and poison hits almost guarantees a kill especially if you aren’t *right* next to a well. At least from what I have witnessed. Thoughts @middi?

Decent teams or good players can break this comp. 2nd floor can be abused against them and make fuse a play. And with a Danny/Connie getting into back patio isn’t too hard. Once you break their hold of house and spread them out, it’s not too hard honestly. Problem is, if you are solo/duo stack with 2-3 potatoes as teammates that die instantly, it is pretty obnoxious in a 2 vs 3 situation.
I main both. Family and victims. Family house is actually my favorite map when playing as victims because it makes it more challenging to escape. Only problem I have with family house is that obstacle they have spawned upstairs. It's not needed since Leatherface doesn't have to be played anymore and if someone doesn't choose leatherface or anyone that can go in gaps or crawl spaces then victims can get an easy win if fuse spawns in a location that the obstacle blocks. Family basically can't get too it. Not sure if people know that. I just think they should remove that obstacle
Watching this after watching the Reddit complaining that the game is victim sided based off the tournament. Just get a good family team that knows how to patrol like you guys

i disagree with the trap being outside the window all the time, cause it can waste more time to fix it i they havent opened the door, and i say always placing traps in different spots that are more weasely can really catch them off guard, but if anyone rather use the spots shown fair play to ya
the only issue is after the window is broken, it becomes hard to hear if anyone else jumps out that same window, so you might miss someone going outside if you reset the trap, you guarantee stopping the NEXT person to jump out

You get notification as HH if your traps are triggered, the only issue is it doesn’t tell you which one, but it’s better to set them than not. Can’t tell you how many people I’ve snagged in my traps and if I couldn’t get to them, my teammates surely do. So I’m sure they appreciate the free kill.

family house has become so freaking boring. It’s too easy as family and too hard as victim. There’s nowhere to hide and there’s barely any chase. Barely any of the gameplay takes place outside too. If I wanted to play a house simulator I would go play sims.
None of the randoms I get are ever smart enough to run this, I switch to hitch, someone decides to be selfish and play the worst family member in the game,sissy even though we usually lose because of it 😂
Right? I once was forced to be sissy because someone didn't want to give me hitchhiker (trying to level him up) and my sister was still level 1 and somehow I got 3 kills, might need some ibuprofen because my back hurts from carrying my team 😂
I think they need to add something extra to the Nancy’s trap perk. Having it no pop after 3-4 tries makes it a waste, I think if it doesn’t activate after the 3rd trap, you are guaranteed to get an extra the 4th time around so it actually gets used

This works, as long as Hitch doesn't trap the stairs, which is probably the most common trap location. (aside from window obviously)
