I noticed that the invulnerable end crystals in 1.16 don't have their hitboxes at the actual entity, and instead their hitbox is located at where the beam is (0,129,0) I also notice how you called it a block instead of an entity; perhaps the glitch block is a crystal that is a block that can catch fire and has its hitbox at the crystal itself? idk EDIT: I have watched the clip now and see that you can explode it. Have you tried doing f3+b on the crystals? if the actual invulnerable ones don't have hitboxes and the fake one does, that might be why you can destroy it with a projectile another thing: you mentioned moving them into the overworld; I have tried doing that with pistons and I couldn't get them to teleport to the end through the portal
I think that happens bc the crystal is still too close to its pillar when the end dragon summoning is interrupted, so the Invulnerable tag is removed. But because the crystal no longer has a block under it, it doesn't explode when pushed by pistons. You could put some timers in all pillars and get every crystal like that one
it is the last one you can steal. something about taking it off the pedestal, but not far enough off the pillar when the dragon summoning is canceled causes it
If you push an invulnerable end crystal into an immovable block, wouldn’t the block and end crystal be immovable and indestructible? (Aside from using 1500 tnt to destroy the immovable block) Edit: actually I think you could just pull out the end crystal with a sticky piston but I’m not sure. I’d still like to hear thoughts on the idea.
no, outside help, + set the respawn point to lava using squilly boat glitch, and chunkban the area. then area ban the surrounding 128 chunk radius. inescapable

I think if you quench the fire using water you can then move it outside of the invulnerability period.
