Wow this looks just like a car my best buddies brother owned back in the’70s (was blue and he painted it yellow) rear ended someone got a gto front cap that’s when it got painted yellow, blew up the 326 and then put a Chevy early model 427 , many speeding tickets later his mother sold it to the junkyard

@@peterroper7471 hmmm.. very interesting because this one is blue or kind of an aqua color under neath and it's got a different nose that's various colors. It had a 326 in it when I got it

We lived in the CA Bay Area, Livermore at the time early’70s , watching your other videos your motor you say maybe a 427 , his was a Z11 I think that’s what they called it looks like the 409 but was 427 , made that car nose heavy and of course it was jacked up in the back that didn’t help lol even had the same wheels on it like yours

@peterroper7471 sounds like that one was pretty much exactly how I want this one. The motor I'm using came out of a mud bog truck and wasn't in this car.. it still had the original 326 and tranny... But it sounds like I'm building a tribute car to the one you use to know.. 🤣🤣🤣

One piece trunk was easier for my Chevelle. AMD and it had to be trimmed, but then fit perfectly.
