- My final version of the Servants list for now, since I managed to hit the 100 mark. From 20, to 40, to 70, to 100. Whew! Anyways, this list now includes LB7, OC1, the GUDAGUDA Yamatai-koku, Showa Kishin and Shin Yamatai-koku Events, and Summer 2023 Events. Additionally, some earlier misconceptions have been cleared for this list.
Explanation about Servants with AU selves and Alters:
- Between a servant and his AU self, if there is merely a divergent point in their life rather than a divergent point in their birth, they can be the same (i.e. Normal and Lostbelt Arjuna, Normal and Lancer Artoria). If the latter, then different characters (i.e. Normal and Caster Artoria). Though, if they look completely alike, some exceptions to the latter can do (i.e. Normal and Lostbelt Percival, Chiron and Odysseus).
- Alters are a more strange case. Alters born from corruption by the Black Mud and Counter Guardians are merely two sides of the same coin to their regular counterparts (i.e. Regular and Alter Artoria and Okita). However, Ecchan, Cu and Jeanne Alter are completely different to their regular counterparts, either made as a clone (Ecchan) or wished as a twisted ideal of their regular counterparts (Cu and Jeanne Alter).

*0.RYOUGI SHIKI [VOID]*
Ryougi's third personality, the Void is essentially the Supreme Being of the entire Nasuverse, being the Nasuverse's source of all possibilities, events, phenomena and souls, existing at the top of all theories in every dimension. The Five Magics that were made either as attempts to reach it or having "reached" it (it is implied that even the ones that "reach" the Void are not touching it's true essence) potentially allows one to fight on the level of the Ultimate Ones, such as Kischur, Manaka who had tethers to the Void made her stronger than Arthur, and Musashi's attempts to mimic it (with it still being inferior) allowed her to seal Chaos. The normal stat parameters of a Servant are meaningless to her.
The statement of Void only fighting defensively against Servants and being inferior to Arcueid is due to her extreme apathy. Arcueid is actually terrified of her.
*1.OBERON VORTIGERN [HOLLOW WORM]*
Oberon's Hollow Worm is stated by Nasu to be too dangerous to exist in PHH, which is not the case for the Ultimate Ones, who still can exist in PHH. SHEBA states that his Hollow Worm threatens Total Extinction (meaning it might devour even ORT), and will destroy the Planet in a "dead end for humanity", an end even worse than the "bad end for humanity" that wiped the Earth clean (referring to both Goetia and the Alien God's own plans). Merlin stated that U-Olga cannot stop the Collapse.
Morgan was terrified of the Hollow Worm to the point that she kept Cernunnos' corpse around just to prevent Oberon from being one with it. Castoria needed help from Mashu to defeat him despite her being poisonous to Oberon, and also directly attacking his humanoid form rather than the Worm, and Oberon was slightly reluctant to seriously fight her and Ritsuka, and nonetheless threatened to give the team a tie by trapping them inside him until Melusine bailed them out.

*2.ARCUEID BRUNESTUD [TRUE BODY, ARCHETYPE: EARTH, LUMINARY]*
Even when demoted from Planetary Spirit to God in Extra, she is the only one able to have a chance against Amaterasu in Extra and CCC, making her stronger than BB, Buddha and Kiara, and her mere presence was causing massive strain to the Moon Cell. As Archetype: Earth, she is repeatedly stated to be the strongest in Tsukihime and Mahoyo, making her above Base ORT and the Crimson Moon. Most definitely above her sister (Altrouge), being deemed a better host for Type Moon and also being called the strongest True Ancestor, despite Altrouge defeating then making her pet Primate Murder, implied to be the strongest Beast that requires all Seven Grand Servants to contain. This does not even account for her Luminary Form, or her Final Ascension regarding a possibility where she never met Shiki, and truly became Type-Earth and the vessel of the Crimson Moon.
*3.CAMAZOTZ [PRIME]*
Even his Base is on par with Daybit. At his Prime, he stores a hundred million Saint Graphs, and Fought ORT in its prime for millions of years, ultimately tossing it into a volcano, gouging its heart and deactivating it despite ORT further boosting itself by absorbing its Fantasy Tree, and Tezcatlipoca declared him to be the strongest being in the American Lostbelt. The only reason the heroes beat him with not much difficulty was because he had lost most of his will to fight the long fight again like he did against ORT, expended a massive amount of Magical Energy to create the Altered Underworld Servants, and Nitocris Alter had negated his Nega-Skill by tricking him into losing a bet, then later convincing him to be relieved of his duty.
*4.ONE RADIANCE THING [PRIME]*
Stated by Kischur and Lord Astea that nothing humanity has in the present can defeat it. Strong even by the standards of Ultimate Ones, noted for its extreme attack power, and that it would be the Extra Boss if fellow Ultimate One Crimson Moon was the Final Boss.
Even with its original heart gone (which became Kukulkan) and replaced with the inferior Fantasy Tree, to the point that Sion said that ORT was now a fragment of its former self, ORT had a Stellar Class Saint Graph, trampled our army of Servants (including canonically Artoria Caster), needed to be given a concept of Death and further weakened by Beni-Enma Alter and Tepeu's MEODP, then needing Excalibur to destroy it (note that it normally could outright deflect the attack with spatial distortion or regenerate faster than it can be disintegrated, and needed U-Olga to freeze it in time to ensure it is completely defenseless), and even then it re-summoned itself as a Servant for two more rounds (with said Servant body powerful to register as a Grand Servant).
*5.SPACE ISHTAR [FUSED]*
The original version of Astarte, Astarte Origin, embodies an entire Universe conceptually and could destroy the physical one according to Tokiomi, is the strongest amongst the Mother Goddesses in her Universe, possibly making her above Tiamat, said to be the Ultimate Divine Spirit, has a whole Galaxy for a Saint Graph, is also noted to be generally above Servantkind (especially Sabers save for Void Ryougi), and Spishtar defeated her, finishing Astarte Origin off with a bullet the size of half a universe. Claimed that XX's lance merely "hurt a lot" (though also see below).
Note that given their appearance and personality difference, this and the Spishtar from the New York Event that merely required Gil and Mash to defeat are not the same.
*6.MYSTERIOUS HEROINE X [XX]*
Around the end of the Saber Wars, with help from her Alter, she unlocks Galaxy Meteor Sword XEX, an EX-Rank Skill beyond most other EX-Rank Skills, and it allowed her to destroy the remnants of Astarte Origin's Bel Maana (her Saint Graph Galaxy stated above). Has probably become stronger as XX, possessing power that allows for Universal expansion, wearing Avalon as a suit that activates in negative time, and wielding a Dual Rhongomyniad that, in contrast to PHH Rhongomyniad merely stabilising the planet's two main Textures, stabilises the entire Universe, and is further confirmed by Koyanskaya of Darkness to be stronger than its normal counterpart. With it, she can one-shot BBhotep on top of confiscating her Nyarlathotep Authority, and greatly hurt Servantverse Spishtar while claiming to be holding back. She was also tasked with fighting the Outer Gods in their true forms (which are of an even higher dimension than Goetia).
The Secret-Myniad is also heavily implied to actually be the Servantverse's own version of the Slash Emperor itself.
*7.MYSTERIOUS HEROINE X ALTER [INFINITY CHESTNUT PASTE]*
Her Infinity Black Bean Paste skill grants her "infinite power", and can transmute half of an entire universe to something like a chocolate factory. Initially merely using this skill for chocolate, she eventually fully masters this skill in the Afterlife, helping her normal counterpart to unlock Galactic Meteor Sword XEX.

*8.ERESHKIGAL [ALTER, FULL POWER]*
Her Alter, while drained of Magical Energy by Dumuzid, only summoning 24 Gugalanna legs instead of her usual 1000, and being disadvantaged in an aerial battle, put up a decent fight against Kukulkan (who now had both the energy and willingness to use her NP). Using the aforementioned thousand Gugalanna legs, having her stolen Magical Energy restored and fusing with her Underworld Layer, she even managed to crush Lostbelt ORT's Spider Form (ultimately losing only because of her lack of knowledge that the UFO was ORT's real body). Dumuzid also stated that in this state, she is powerful enough to take down the White Titan. She was also the only one of the Three Altered American Lostbelt Servants that Base Camazotz couldn't control.
*9.ARTORIA CASTER [HOLY SWORD CREATION, MARMYADOSE]*
Starts off weak, but as she goes on her Pilgrimage, she soon reaches the power level of an average Lostbelt King, and then goes on to possess Holy Sword Creation, Magecraft that should be on par with the PHH Excalibur (as it was directly made as compensation for the Sub-Bells' failure to make it against Sefar; this is confirmed in the next Lostbelt), and vaporised 90% of Cernunnos while dying and having wasted energy before. By her Third Ascension, Castoria then possesses Marmyadose, a Mythological Mystic Code that is above Excalibur, along with Spumador and Carnwennan, and is heavily implied to have fulfilled the prophecy for her to surpass Morgan. Like Morgan and Mab, she is also a Mother Fairy. Archetype: Earth herself comments that Castoria is impressive (putting her likely at the level of Full Power Altrouge and Michael), and given she talks to Castoria whereas normal Arcueid talks to normal Artoria, like how Archetype: Earth and normal Arcueid talks to Void and 2nd Personality Ryougi respectively, Castoria might be superior between the two Artorias.
*10.MORGAN LE FAY [LOSTBELT KING, PREPARATION]*
As a Mother Fairy, she is a top-tier Planetary Spirit, who are generally above the Gods, and equivalent to True Ancestors and A-Rays. Even when initially thought of having only one Rhongomyniad and the Water Mirror, she was deemed by Goredolf to be on par with Nerfed God Arjuna and 35% Zeus, and is eventually revealed to have 12 Rhongomyniad that merely serve as furniture.
When Castoria completed a single Pilgrimage, which made her on par with other Lostbelt Kings on average, Morgan still found her weak and had done many such Pilgrimages herself. Implied to be on par, if not still superior to Castoria even with Holy Sword Creation, given she would have no backlash from the energy from her Throne while Castoria did.
Her only real opponent in the past was Mab, who, on top of being a fellow Mother Fairy, also possesses the blessings of Albion on top of it. Merlin, despite his willingness to assist in battle against the Beasts, hid away from her.
*TIED 11.ARTORIA PENDRAGON [FULL POWER]*
The full potential of Excalibur defeated Sefar. Artoria herself can also release Excalibur's full potential if necessary, given Altera's worries upon seeing her sword.
*TIED 11.ARTHUR PENDRAGON [13 SEALS RELEASED]*
With sufficient seals released, he can defeat Proto-Gilgamesh's Surge of Utnapishtim, the Beast of Revelations and the Whore of Babylon.
Generally put the two Pendragons in the same place given that their full power Excalibur ultimately works the same way.
*12.ALTERA [7TH STAGE SEFAR]*
Sefar's final stage defeated Amaterasu, all the Olympian Gods (if they did not fuse like in the Lostbelt), and many more (this was also so one-sided that the Gods apparently couldn't even touch her), on top of having the Mesopotamian Pantheon surrender to her, and Cernunnos and Albion running away from her.
She should also be above Kukulkan and U-Olga, given Dumuzid believed only Full Power Ninkigal would be up to the job against Sefar.
*13.MELUSINE [COMPLETE ALBION]*
Even when her re-transformation into the Dragon of Albion is incomplete, she can damage the Storm Border, a feat shared by the lesser Machine Gods, and rivals the firepower of Full Power Light Koyanskaya and 5-Tails Normal Koyanskaya (even outspeeding them).
Melusine's original form, the complete Dragon of Albion, is the Grand Servant equivalent of Dragons, making her superior to Vritra, Tiamat, and the Beast of 666 (the Whore of Babylon's equal). She is also a "super existence" compared to the normal existence of the Gods, that is as old as Earth itself, which should make her above Gods like the Ancestral Beast.
*14.SEN-NO-RIKYU AND KOMAHIME [ANCESTRAL BEAST]*
After summoning and taking control of the Ancestral Beast in the events of the Shin Yamatai-koku Singularity, he (Rikyu) believed he could storm into heaven and kill all the Shinto Gods and Buddhas, and also engulf the entire World in darkness. The combined efforts of DK Nobunaga, both Okitas, Yamanami, Saito, Super Himiko, Iyo, Kukochihiko, Chacha and Ishida, on top of using Matcha Latte and the Beast Sword that served as Rikyu and the Ancestral Beast's weakness, ultimately failed to completely defeat the both of them, only sealing away the Ancestral Beast back into its Pit, while Rikyu powered up from hatred to become just as powerful as the Ancestral Beast. He could only be "defeated" by being convinced to stop by the Komahime personality and the protagonist.
*15.HIMIKO [SUPER HIMIKO]*
When alive, Himiko became an entity equal to Amaterasu, becoming her perfect reflection (the voice she communicates with (and subsequently became a reflection of) is not outright stated, but implications that it is Amaterasu are strewn all over, her appearance resembling the classic Amaterasu, her being claimed to be Amaterasu's prototype in actual history, using mirrors and light for combat (one of her mirrors as a keepsake from her brother even looks like the one for Tamamo's NP), and the voice Himiko heard and Amaterasu both being referred to as coming from Heaven, of unfathomable wisdom, unbound by time, and disorienting to the senses, particularly the sense of distance. Most importantly, they share the same precognitive abilities). Summer Kiara further confirms that Himiko is at least some sort of Divine Spirit and will become a personal threat with sufficient faith.
As Super Himiko, the union of the Servant and Alive forms of Himiko, she proceeded to one-shot Kukochihiko, banish all of the darkness in his Realm, and all of his Old Gods with it, despite him claiming that no light can overcome it nor has been in his Realm since the Age of Gods till the time of the Singularity. Note that the Old Gods are made from using DK Nobu as a vessel, and Kukochihiko himself struck genuine fear and intimidation to DK Nobu despite her still acting amused and smug against the God of Makuzu.
*16.OKITA SOUJI [ALTER, HOLY GRAIL ABSORBED]*
After consuming a Holy Grail with sufficient Heroic Spirits, Okitan can defeat Akechi Mitsuhide as a Black Giant in the Gudaguda FGO Event, and also one-shot the Neo Fuhrer in Koha Ace. Her swimsuit form's final Ascension might be more powerful, with her also having conceptual armour and a shield made from the Moon and Sun respectively, though whether this means she is literally backed by Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi is unknown, and she also isn't powered by a Holy Grail this time, so a "might".
*17.KUKULKAN [LOSTBELT KING]*
Has energy akin to the Sun itself. One-shot Tenochtitlan and easily defeated Kingprotea Xochitonal physically and an amped U-Olga Marie with her NP, and it was later stated that she didn't even notice U-Olga, merely attacking the Storm Border in general.
*18.MAXWELL'S DEMON [NEO FUHRER]*
In the Final Honnoji, he was used by his Master, High Priest Makuzu, to create the God of Makuzu, as mentioned below. In Koha Ace, he makes a similar existence to the God of Makuzu by himself, the Neo Fuhrer, which again involves him, the Holy Grail, and even a little extra involving the Hand of Glory and the Fuhrer's Right Hand. This makes the Neo Fuhrer a little above the God of Makuzu.
*19.KAZURADROP [POWER ABSORPTION]*
Stole 7/8 of BB's data, then Lip and Melt, ending with an Unsealed Kingprotea. Gave her all to defeat Unsealed Kingprotea, and thus should be roughly twice as strong after consuming the latter.
*20.ODA NOBUNAGA [DEMON KING, POST-FUSION]*
After fusing with many other Nobus with help from Maxwell's Demon, Demon King Nobunaga can burn away any Shinto God or Buddha with Papiyas Metamorphosis, making her above Shakyamuni, Amaterasu, Vairocana (compared to 35% Zeus), and probably even the Shinto Gods that created Amaterasu from tiny parts of their body (Izanagi and Izanami). DK Nobu's Hive Form is also implied to far surpass Kama, such that while Kama is the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven, Demon King Nobunaga is the Demon King of the Myriad Heavens. Also badly injured the God of Makuzu, which she acknowledged as a threat to Shinto Gods and Buddhas as well, and High Priest Makuzu admitted she was said entity's equal, though she failed to put it down due to the Grail still tethering it to the World.
Note that it is the NP description that reinforces DK Nobu as a True Daemon King who can defeat Shinto Gods and Buddhas, not just her own words, so there is no hyperbole here.
*21.NAGAO KAGETORA [FULL POTENTIAL]*
On top of being Bishamonten's vessel, her full potential is said to be even greater than Bishamonten and deviant from humanity itself, and when unleashed, she can hold off, and even destroy the God of Makuzu, making her not far off it and Demon King Nobunaga.
*22.KINGPROTEA [UNRESTRICTED]*
When fully unrestricted, Kazuradrop needed BB, Lip and Melt's power to defeat Protea, and the guide books compared her to Amaterasu, and stated her to be the strongest in SE.RA.PH. She could possibly even consume SE.RA.PH and the Moon Cell if left unattended. Another note about Kingprotea's full power is that Tiamat is one of her three components, albeit BB likely used Tiamat's regular Servant container rather than a Beast container.
*23.TAMAMO-NO-MAE [9 TAILS, MYTHOLOGICAL MYSTIC CODE]*
With all Nine Tails (or as Amaterasu basically), only Arcueid is able to stand a chance against her in the Extraverse, making her above Kiara, Shakyamuni, Gilgamesh and BB, was stated to be on par with Goetia's complete Human Incineration Order (likely also counting the Genesis aspect of his plan), and has a Stellar Class Saint Graph. Koyanskaya stated that even if she theoretically had seven Tails, where by that point she could be strong enough to make Pre-LB7 U-Olga be the eighth Tail, wouldn't fulfill her goal to surpass Amaterasu. Should be stronger when further stacked with the Mythological Mystic Code.
*24.U-OLGA MARIE ANIMUSPHERE [PRIME]*
Her birth required the combined energy of the seven Fantasy Trees, that was collectively compared to the Ars Almadel Salomonis, and eventually ended up with a Third-Planetary Class Saint Graph that was "second only to Goetia". With it, Abigail wanted to retreat away with Ritsuka rather than take her on, and Wodime, whose Base is above 10% Zeus and on par with Rhongomyniad, further amped with Sirius Light, only dealt minor damage to her. After defeating seven unknown Grand Servants, and absorbing a weakened Excalibur's light, her new Saint Graph Output is Stellar Class, which should be above any Planetary Class.
*25.IYO [POWERS MASTERED]*
Normally used to be always weaker than Himiko, Servant or Alive. However, by the time of the climax of the Shin Yamatai-koku Event, by accepting her nature as the Shrine Maiden of Destruction, she had better confidence in reaching Himiko's own level, asking Himiko if she can "keep up with her now".

*26.NERO CLAUDIUS [DEMON QUEEN]*
As a matured Queen Draco, she is explicitly stated to be of First Planetary-Class, above Goetia. She is also above Tiamat with her summoned tide being larger than Tiamat's own while being playful (note that although she was Larval when doing this, which is only Third-Planetary Class, she was using the Grail that would complete her Beasthood to do so, so don't downgrade Tiamat or Noah because of this). Her feats are, by her own admission, stuff even the other Beasts are incapable of achieving. Her Magical Energy is immeasurable, whereas even Titan Tiamat's can be measured.
During the Arcade Crossover event, Queen Draco gains a new Demon Queen form, that she used to defeat Rebloomed Bestia Coccinea, who possessed her former Beast VI/S powers, and then absorbed it back into herself, fully maturing as a Beast in the process.

*27.ENKIDU [ORIGINAL FORM]*
His human form as a Servant is comparable to Gilgamesh's own Servant Form. When alive in the Age of Gods, both were stronger and managed to individually restrain, if not outright destroy Gugalanna. Meanwhile, Enkidu's original form is created by the union of all the Magical Energy of the Mesopotamian Chief God Anu and Aruru. Anu should naturally be above Tiamat, along with Marduk, the God who defeated Tiamat, as the Chief God. Enkidu is also reputed as the strongest God-created human in this original form, making him stronger than Adam, and by extension, Noah.
*28.NOAH [GRAND RIDER, FULL POWER]*
Even when weakened, he managed to repel Whore of Babylon's casual flood with his own, which was larger than whatever Tiamat could make. However, the Whore of Babylon ultimately thinks Noah is insignificant to her plans. Taigong admits Noah is superior to him.
*29.ARJUNA [LOSTBELT KING, FULL WORSHIP, CONFIDENT]*
Base Arjuna's Pashupata managed to vaporise the Clan Calatin composed of 28 Demon God Pillars.
Arjuna's Lostbelt self further assimilated almost all the Hindu Divinities (which should be in the order of millions), including the Chief Gods, making him grossly above Kama. At full power, Holmes stated that the power of his Mahapralaya is so great that it couldn't be called a Noble Phantasm anymore, and was like nothing he has ever seen, despite his investigation into Goetia's activities. Daybit with Tezcatlipoca admitted that they had no chance fighting him head-on, and suggested nerfing his Divinity.
When Zeus, Goetia and U-Olga are stated to be superior to him, they are referring to his weakened state.
*30.TIAMAT [BEAST II, DRACONIC CORPUS, UNRESTRICTED]*
Lion King Artoria and Kingu both stated that she was superior to Goetia, and Black Ushiwakamaru said that while his Bands of Light would evaporate her Sea of Life, it would simply regenerate. Quetzalcoatl admitted that even with her Full Divinity (albeit when the Axe that fell her in the first place was defunct) and that of other Goddesses around, she cannot defeat Tiamat. Effortlessly broke free of Kingu's Enuma Elish. Needed the combined power of (mainly) Ereshkigal, Gilgamesh, King Hassan and Merlin to defeat, and even then was held back by her own Self-Sealing that damaged her.
The only reason she wasn't considered as stronger than U-Olga and Goetia by Chaldea is because the group has never clashed with her Draconic Corpus Form without Merlin and Ereshkigal's debuffs, nor her Self-Sealing.
*31.KING SOLOMON [ALIVE]*
Goetia believed Solomon could stop him when alive (at least before completing Genesis), and possess the same NPs as him plus the failsafe, Ars Nova. The only reason he is not considered amongst the strongest alongside Goetia and U-Olga is due to no one having seen Solomon's full power to confirm.
*32.GOETIA [BEAST I]*
Above Pre-LB7 U-Olga Marie as a Second Planetary-Class. His charged Ars Almadel Salomonis had the power of a million sealed Excaliburs, could incinerate the entire planet surface, and outright pierce it in a focused attack. It was also stronger than Surtr's Loptr Laegjarn, since it could burn not just the present, but the past as well. Also stated to be above Lostbelt Ivan.
Would be higher if the second phase of his Human Incineration Order was successful.

*33.WANDJINA [POSSESSING KNOCKNAREA, CEASENUNNOS, UNRESTRICTED]*
Wandjina's negative emotions alone created three Calamities, the last and most powerful one, she eventually possessed directly. Unlike the normal Cernunnos' interaction with the Curses, having her Calamities take upon Cernunnos' form actually weakens them.
*34.BAOBHAN SITH [CERNUNNOS]*
Even before being filled with countless Curses, Cernunnos is noted by Merlin to be a strong God. As a Great Calamity, Cernunnos is stated to be able to destroy Earth, and is orders of magnitude above normal Calamities like Demon Hound Barghest and Incomplete Albion Melusine, with one of its countless cursed arms already able to be called a Calamity just like them. Overpowered 5-Tails Koyanskaya. Even in base, she (and all Xian in general) is compared to a Divine Spirit, could easily defeat Mashu, Koyanskaya, Jing Ke, Chen Gong and Red Hare, and was implied by Qin Shihuang to be his only threat, making her above a Dragon-Tier like Xiang Yu. Eventually, she fuses with the Bloomed Fantasy Tree Mayall. Thus, being the whole Tree itself, she should be superior to Karna.
*38.KARNA [BURNING THREE GODS]*
Base Karna's Vasavi Shakti is comparable in firepower to Arjuna's Pashupata. Meanwhile, Karna's Burning Three Gods Form is a further addition of the full power of Surya, Shiva and Vishnu (Ashwatthama and Rama merely borrow portions of the latter two Gods' powers respectively, but Karna made that power his own, thus should be able to use their full power, backed when Arjuna Alter acknowledged Karna was becoming a Perfect God), and thus should be above Shakyamuni and Vritra, possessing the power of Two Hindu Chief Gods and one normal God, whereas they merely are comparable to a single Hindu Chief God.
With this form, Karna could defeat Arjuna Alter when the latter was heavily weakened, who at the very least had the stolen energy from his Bloomed Fantasy Tree, which was giving him more energy than an individual Hindu Chief God. This is also when Karna no longer had his Armor due to sacrificing it to Arjuna Alter's first Mahapralaya. Karna should thus also be above Surtr, who merely has the stolen energy of an Imperfect Fantasy Tree.

Her Outer Form surpassed the power of a Demon God and was compared to a False God. The Counter Force took direct action against her and still failed. All of this when still lacking control of her abilities. Her swimsuit self, older than normal, has better control of her powers, though whether she has Sut-Typhon's full power is unknown. Nonetheless, she is powerful enough that Kiara referred to her as dangerous and a being beyond the Buddha.
If she had fully gained Sut-Typhon's power, she could surpass Goetia and be around the level of XX, the former just as Raum desired.
*40.VRITRA [FULL POWER]*
Her full power (i.e. Alive or amped with a Holy Grail) is on par with Indra, one of the Chief Gods of Hinduism (if not outright the strongest amongst them, given his title as King of the Devas) and the original wielder of Vasavi Shakti, and even he couldn't bypass her near-invulnerability due to their shared pact, needing to attack her at twilight using seafoam to defeat her.
*41.SHAKYAMUNI*
Even after achieving her Heaven's Hole Form, Kiara did not dare take on Shakyamuni, needing a Nega-Saver Skill to assure her victory. His Chakravatin overpowered the Moon Cell, and threatened to destroy SE.RA.PH. He also, as in the actual Myth, defeated Wukong, despite his Ruyi Jingu Bang being on the level of Rhongomyniad. Implied to be superior to Xuanzang even in her Buddha form, which allowed her to bypass Lion King Artoria's gates, and defeat Ozymandias as Amun-Ra.
His Amita Amitabha taps into the power of Brahma, and Hindu Chief Gods should be superior to Beni-Enma Alter and Kama/Mara, who are just regular Hindu Gods.

I agree, I also notice a trend of stronger and stronger beings as the game progresses. Being Second-Planetary Class was seen as a big deal in the beginning of this game, but now, that seems quite small, now that we have First-Planetary Class and Stellar Class beings, and also Ultimate Ones.
And most likely, this trend will only continue. It is a common thing for most Shounen Manga.

It seems that you really like Oberon and that's why you put him so high, he is strong but much weaker than you think, he himself admits to being weaker than Morgan and Cernunnos since he didn't act until they died his plan was to use Chaldea and Castoria to get rid of Morgan since he couldn't, and even there he was defeated by a Ritsuka and Mash exhausted from the fight against Cernunos with the help of Castoria in her servant form, and they didn't even need to use the black barrel against him, they just had a normal fight. We must also remember that he was previously defeated by Woodwose, that is also mentioned in the story.
I do see where you're coming from. But, alas, this only has half the facts. Oberon couldn't defeat Morgan at the time, because he wasn't at full power. He couldn't access the Hollow Worm, which was sealed away by Cernunnos, in turn sealed by Morgan. This is also why Oberon could only act when they are dead, because he will never be at full power when they are alive. He also didn't have the Worm against Woodwose either.
And fighting Mashu and Castoria is not as small a feat as it seems, given that Castoria is implied to be even stronger than when she fought Cernunnos, and is Oberon's twofold weakness, her light being poisonous and also being able to undo Oberon's dream powers.
In other words, Morgan, Cernunnos and Woodwose are only stronger than Base Oberon. Oberon with access to the Hollow Worm is a completely different story.

Narrative we also have to take into account the effort it took to defeat him compared to other opponents, Fujimaru and the rest were already exhausted and without command spells so when he betrayed them he managed to make them fall in the Worm's attack, but still they could have woken up and continued fighting and the Worm was not invincible either, it could have been destroyed by a half-dead Melusine with a good hit from the outside. Many of the other enemies on the list also required their specific counter to be summoned to fight them and several also had the ability to destroy the world, and could have done, Goetia can destroy the world and was described as omnipotent and invincible, it took an army of servants and the sacrifice of Solomon who took away his powers to kill him, Kiara was also mentioned that could have absorbed the entire world but she was also defeated by BB who is absurdly powerful in Fate extra CCC, and she was preparing for a long time to defeat her, and even then it took the help of Ritsuka along with at least 5 other servants who were buffed with anti Kiara equipment that rendered more than half of their abilities useless and the sacrifice of Meltryllis, and U -Olga could also destroy the world and unlike Oberon she could create lethal black holes and throw them at people, considering the scale of what these characters could do and the effort it took to defeat them compared to him makes it quite clear that giving him the number 1 is incorrect.

Tbh I think u messed some of them, especially ORT and Arcueid place. Since ORT's crystal valley can nullify or negate Arcueid's World Backup which gives her a power boost and always be at one level above her enemies.
Yes, that Crystal Valley does knock off Arcueid's own advantages off a peg. However, as per Nasu's words, she would still trump the spider in the end. Nasu has said repeatedly that Arcueid is the strongest in both Tsukihime and Mahoyo, even as of the reboot.

Yes, Angra is normally a weak Servant, but the Angra during the Zero Event is absolutely monstrous. He (or she, she has Iri's body at the time) absorbed Gil, Lancelot, Iskandar, Gilles and Hundred Faces, and needed the combined efforts of Artoria, Saber Diarmuid, Heroic Spirit Kiritsugu, Zhuge Liang and Mashu to defeat.

2)Liz seemed a bit too high, even corroded, no way is she beating Culter, Shibata, Parvati...I think you are overestimating parts of regalia in the hands of a servant, you know, that Medusa, for example, could beat mooncrux Nero in extella, actualy, I also just remembered, that Liz's sidstory in there was a dream.
3)Nubmer 80, is just...lol.
4)Pale rider could be higher.
5)Gil is NOT stronger than BB, don't feed those clowns, who spam the "CCC Gill soloes everything" nonsense. He should not even be above Emiya.
6)Huwawa and Enkidu are waaaaaay to high.
7)How in the world is Noah beating Bb, Kiara or even Goetia, please, picture to me, how you see this battle commencing.
8)Arthur and Artoria are waaaaaaay to high. It was an unknown individual who felled Sefer(did not actualy kill her, mind you), using a weapon, the output of which depends on the wielder, who holds it, and in a situation, that was very likely a sneak attack. You must understand, that if you put Arthur in a face to face 1v1 against someone like BB - she would just turn him into another Gorgeous P. with a flick of finger.
Sorry about the late response. I was juggling with a lot of projects, and I was also admittedly unsure about whether to debate with you again, given how previous arguments with you have ended up. But now, I am free, and in a good mood. I am also getting tired of talking with some of the other commenters here who can't make actual criticism.
1) Culter at his strongest is as a Demon God Pillar (Halphas). How can he be stronger than one?
2) Corroded Liz said she was the Top of Top Servants in a War that had Karna and Gilgamesh in it. Also, when Nero fought her, she has two Regalia, not one like before.
3) Kali's feats so far is only to take on Kama as a normal Servant (where she is only as powerful as Servant Kiara, in turn Servant Enkidu's level) and a bunch of Demonic Beasts. She could be stronger, but we have to wait and see.
4) Maybe. Being above Sieg and Achilles doesn't seem too far-fetched.
5) I don't agree with the idea that "CCC Gil solos everything". However, I will not downplay what has been shown either. His MMC-boosted Ea has clearly been shown to be able to one-shot not only BB, but Kiara as well (granted, he only uses it when enemy HP drops below 30%, but the max damage value shows it could be any HP). Then again, I acknowledge BB and Kiara both have tricks to immediately defeat Gilgamesh as well. That is why he could be anywhere between the two. I honestly don't know the outcome between him, Guifei, Surtr and Koyanskaya.
6a) I think I told you before, Huwawa gives the Mesopotamian duo even more trouble than Gugalanna. Huwawa blocked Enkidu's chains when they could successfully bind Gugalanna.
6b) If I only counted human Enkidu, then indeed, he would be way lower. But here, I am counting Enkidu with his original form (that slug form before his time with Shamhat). That form was created with all the Magical Energy of Anu and Aruru. And Anu, as a Chief God, should be far above not only Tiamat, but the god who defeated her as well (Marduk).
7) Noah was able to rival one of Queen Draco's floods, one that Enkidu states is above even Tiamat's Sea of Life. All of that, in a weaker vessel.
8) Hmmm. I did initially think Artoria herself could still bring out Excalibur's full potential, given how fearful Altera was of seeing her hold that sword. But now that I think about it, that doesn't sound like a solid assumption. Yeah, maybe I should remove Artoria's full potential, and just stick with her next strongest state (Lion King).
But not Arthur, though. He is shown to be actually able to reveal Excalibur's full potential, and with it, defeated not only the Whore of Babylon, but its counterpart, the Beast of 666 too.

Oberon Vortigern is so powerful that Nasu personally says that he is too dangerous to exist in Panhuman History (the same history that lets Arcueid and ORT roam about).
Meanwhile, Void created the entire Nasuverse in the first place, and the Five Magics that allows one to match Ultimate Ones like Arcueid were made as attempts to reach it, with it being implied that none of which actually touched the true essence of the Void. And if you see Arcueid's Dialogues in FGO, she is terrified of Void Shiki.
Also, that thing about always being 20% stronger than her opponents has its limits. It is outright stated that there is a limit to her actions, which is the limits of nature itself. Gaia can only provide so much. You would know this if you read the 7th Lostbelt.

This list is awful as some of the higher placements are so bad. Lets start with the placement of Kiara and Buddha. They are both Boddishvitta which means they should be way higher as most normal servants will never affect them with most of their abilities. They should both actually be as strong as the beasts potentially stronger considering Nivana in Fate is very close to the root. Kazuradrop should not be stronger than them period as even she was absorbed by Kiara canonically in extra CCC.
And no normal servants should be put above the beasts, even Arjuna Alter is being half god still has a lower output than most beasts.
I would also argue that Ereshkigal be placed lower, because yes she is strong but even as an Alter she is really weak in comparison to the beasts and other entities.
And what is with Himiko, Okita alter and Okita being so high, they are nowhere near that strong. Where is Musashi and Muramasa if anyone deserves those spots its them for being just way more broken.
And whats with not putting the Grand's so high on the list? I mean seriously do you read fate? Cause this is just terrible.
And look I respect the high Oberon placement but Artoria canonically defeated Vortigern in Fate history on her own. There is no scope where he is stronger than the top 10. Heck not even top 20 as the white titan would solo him as well.
Also Camazotz shouldn't be that high as lostbelt Oort is only 1% of the output of PHH Oort so sadly he barely soloed a fraction of Oorts real power and doesn't deserve the high placement, heck not even in comparison to Kuku.

1) Buddha and Kiara are merely on par with a Hindu Chief God. Whom cannot even rival the energy of a single Fantasy Tree. On par with a Matured Beast my ass. Also, Kiara never absorbed Kazura or Kingprotea, just BB, Lip and Melt.
2) Holmes, who has already witnessed Goetia's activities, stated that Arjuna Alter's Mahapralaya cannot be called a Noble Phantasm anymore, and was "like nothing he's ever seen".
3) Ereshkigal held her own against a Full Power Kukulkan while being nerfed by multiple factors. Upon regaining her full power, she managed to hold off even ORT for a while.
4) GUDAGUDA Top Tiers can easily kill Shinto Gods and Buddhas if they wanted. Muramasa and Musashi are fodder compared to that.
5) Grands just aren't as strong as you want to believe. They do have some factors to deal with Beasts, but cannot solo them. The Counter Force isn't that inefficient. Orion was mostly getting his ass whooped by a Machine God, while King Hassan needed Gilgamesh and Ereshkigal's assistance to deal with Tiamat.
6) PHH Vortigern and Lostbelt Vortigern are completely different beings. I don't know what you're smoking for this one.
7) Camazotz fought ORT in his prime. In fact it is because of him that ORT was nerfed in the Lostbelt in the first place, because he was the one who tore out ORT's heart.

Gods in fate gain their authority by the power of a single planet Gaia (And if they are Alien they usually carry authority from their home world). A Boddishvitta has every celestial body in the solar system grant them authority. So yes it is comparable to a matured beast and potentially beyond the capabilities of a true beast. Kiara absorbed all of the Sakura 5 before turning into a beast, this includes Kazuradrop, Kingprotea and Violet, who were technically cut content for the CCC game which was supposed to be longer but due to censorship laws couldn't be shipped in its entirety.
2. Yes nothing he has ever seen can mean a lot of things its not a grantee of power or output. And considering it only affects the space occupied by LB4 its not that powerful as advertised.
3. Oort as explained in LB7 is not the real Oort but an offshoot of the original that was sent into the lostbelt to see if a part of itself can be affected by the pruning theoretical phenomenon. The real Oort has already assimilated so much energy that it is complete and unbeatable in every way to the point its unaffected by universal laws. LB Oort while powerful does not compare. Making a lot of feats from LB7 overblown and misconstrued from your perspective.
4. The only Guda Guda character that can kill a Shinto god is Oda Nobunaga. And she can only do so as a result of her absolute anti-divine authority. This does not equate to every character in Guda Guda, its like arguing you have the means to kill every Rhino in the world and thinking that power translates to an elephant or a whale. Musashi cut the void beyond zero which means she performed an attack that reached the root itself and could probably make her the only character in Fate besides those with True magic and Ryougi Shiki to reached the root in any way. Putting her on way higher scale than almost everyone above her. Muramasa can make weapons that severs Karma which is something that can't be measured by any normal metric.
5. Grands govern conceptual powers to beat a beast. While it is true that usually multiple grands are required to fight a beast, their conceptual abilities to hinder and cripple a fully matured beast on their own is impressive. And he didn't struggle to fight Artemis he couldn't bring himself to fight her because she wasn't a beast and his lover. He had to surrender his title in order to remove his restrictions and fight her and when he did he one shot her. But lore wise he should be no less powerful than any Grand. King Hassan completely ignored Tiamaat's Nega Genesis (Or creation of a new universe) which pretty much puts both of them in a league of their own.
6. The difference between the two is very minimal. Him having his saint graph changed slightly towards Oberon didn't all of a sudden impact his power or abilities he would have had in PHH.

It became weakened after Camazotz brutalised it. And even then, this ORT it has a Stellar Class Saint Graph, and was too powerful for a Gaia-amped Excalibur, the weapon that fell Sefar, to destroy by itself, and had its heart, who easily defeated U-Olga, who now also has a Stellar Class Saint Graph, running for her life.
4a) Really? The God of Makuzu was also regarded as being capable of threatening Shinto Gods and Buddhas, by Nobunaga herself, despite not having any Anti-Divine attribute. And this is after it, a God, withstood Nobunaga's NP. And both Kagetora and Okita Alter are capable of harming the thing, despite not having Anti-Divine Attributes either. Himiko is heavily implied to be equal to Amaterasu in base, and after fusing with another version of herself, one-shot Kukochihiko, whom, despite being a God, was too much for even Demon King Nobunaga.
4b) Musashi's True Void attack is a suicide attack, which I explicitly stated in the rules to be excluded. Also, Muramasa's Tsumukari Muramasa only seemed effective because Amakusa's castle was its perfect opponent. Even when amped by the Alien God to use that NP without dying, he is struggling against the Base Forms of the Fairy Knights. Now, where was Barghest again?
5) And that is the problem. It is solely because of something they have that perfectly counters a Beast that they seem effective. Against other opponents, they are far less effective. Both Orion and Artemis are ultimately a fraction of Terminal Zeus' strength, which Ibuki, Ivan, Ishtar and Douman can easily cover. King Hassan is ultimately only "slightly stronger" than the Lion King, which is not like Takasugi or Skadi aren't the same.
6) You just don't get it, do you? Lostbelt Vortigern ISN'T PHH Vortigern AT ALL. Lostbelt Vortigern isn't Uther's brother or Artoria's actual uncle. He is only called Vortigern because that is the name the Lostbelt gave him. Only the Oberon personality is from PHH. You got that shit mixed up. Even if you think he is, this Vortigern is grossly empowered by a ton of Curses, and his Dragon isn't just supposed to destroy Britain, but the entire PLANET. This Vortigern is so destructive that NASU himself stated he is too dangerous to exist in PHH.

Qin can fight a Bloomed Fantasy Tree in a weaker form, which has more Magical Energy than a Hindu Chief God, who are on par with Buddhas, who can overpower the Lion King's abilities.
Arjuna Alter is implied by Holmes to be stronger than Goetia in his prime, whose output rivals seven of the aforementioned Bloomed Fantasy Trees.
Kukulkan easily defeated a full power U-Olga, who has a Stellar Class output, whereas Goetia and Tiamat, the one King Hassan needed Ereshkigal and Gilgamesh's help to deal with, only has a measly Second-Planetary Class output.
Morgan Le Fay's throne exceeds the power that a living embodiment of Excalibur (Artoria Caster) can handle, the same weapon that can hold enough energy to destroy Sefar, another Stellar Class being.
And Oberon... this guy is someone both the aforementioned Morgan and Artoria Caster cannot defeat alone, and is stated by Nasu to be "too dangerous to exist in PHH" (which, mind you, Ultimate Ones, Sefar, and all the Beasts are still allowed to exist in). He will dominate anyone who isn't Void Ryougi.

This list is bullshit. The beasts are way too low. Tell me, how is Arjuna or Enkidu capable to kill Tiamat? They will fall to her authority and even if they dont, they cant kill her. Tiamat doesnt know the concept of death, her immortality is basically as perfect as it could be. Oberon is placed way too high, he also has no way to permanently kill Tiamat. Sames goes for Artoria. Also unsealed Excalibur is also obviously not able to permanently kill Tiamat. The only person who can take down Tiamat permanently is Void Shiki and archetype earth. Others might be able to seal/trap/overpower Tiamat tho
This is ultimately a "strongest" list, a contest of strength. While Tiamat's immortality makes her rather durable, it only closes a small gap in power. It helps nothing against others simply far, far stronger than her. She might not permanently die against them, but nor can she defeat them either. She might as well have already lost to such characters. Between two entities incapable of killing each other, the stronger one is simply, well, stronger, because it is only the weaker's immortality that prevents them from being the loser.
Arjuna Alter is described by Holmes to be on another level even compared to Goetia, and possibly anyone in the first seven Singularities. Prime Enkidu is a fusion of the power of Anu and Aruru, the former whom is the Chief God of the Mesopotamian Pantheon, and whom thus be far stronger than both Tiamat and the one who defeated Tiamat, Marduk. Oberon is stated by Nasu to be too dangerous to exist in PHH at all, compared to the Ultimate Ones and Tiamat that still exist there. Full Power Excalibur can vanquish both Sefar and the Whore of Babylon, whom are far stronger than Tiamat.
