Why would they need to get Sam to be black noir? Hes not the same shape, height or body mass. Also, the new Noir is a supe. He studied performing arts at Goldolkin.

You were right, the new Noir said that he's leaving, and Sam has been to Vought Tower already, and I doubt Vought are just gonna replace him with an entirely new supe like Firecracker and Sage, so Sam might replace Black Noir

Same is literally way shorter than black noir, and way smaller. It wouldn’t make sense for Sam to become Black Noir unless they changed the actor and made up a reason he gained 30lbs and got taller.
Also, the actor is still contracted to the show. The actor who played Black Noir in the first 3 seasons is the same person playing him now.

I think Black Noir is proof that Homelander is not as unique as everyone thinks. Black Noir may not be a Homelander clone but the show seems to be loosely sticking to some beats from the comics. I think Homelander will be humbled next season by Black Noir once he's grown tired of being disrespected on a constant basis, Butcher will become the Boys' biggest threat and Ryan will lose both of his father figures but gain a new one in Hughie.

The current Noir is a supe actor. I don't see why they'd replace him with Sam in combat tho. He has typical supe strength which means he can still function as Noir. It makes more sense to simply add Sam to the team as a fighter instead of replacing one for the other.
I think they want to leave Sam out so he will potentially have a different role in the future

Yeah absolutely no way a white man poses as a black man. And no way Vought recruited Sam cus he was too young and is part of the Gen V.
Those costumes cost (it’s a range) tens of thousands of dollars on the cheaper end. Having the same actor underneath not only gives the creatives someone they’ve developed a relationship with, but also he fits the suit, and he gets to keep his job…. That’s a win-win…-win scenario.
