also having ngons in interior design is fine, ngons ruin mesh deformation in animations.

also noise treshhold in viewport render is too high are you trying to fry your pc, set it at 0.1 and 128 samples

I know this is unrelated but give the Quran a read, also you can just press alt and click to select the entire edge loop and centering everything isnt necessary as when you render you cant tell a millimeter of difference in boundaries
