OMG.....she gave me goosebumps she truly has a flawless voice in every sense, and delivers with such emotion she doesn't just sing the song she oozes every drop out of it.
YOU KNOW - WHAT BLOWS MY MIND IS THAT MR. WILLIE NELSON SOLD THE RIGHTS TO THIS SONG WITHIN HIS START UP DAYS JUST TO GET STARTED IN NASHVILLE, TN. WELL, THE REST IS HISTORY, BUT YOU KNOW, HE STILL IS CREDITED FOR FOR WRITING THIS NUMBER ONE ALL TIME CLASSIC! WHEN YOU ARE STARVING, YOU DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO! WHAT AN HONOR FOR MS. PATSY CLINE & MS. LEANN RIMES TO COVER WITH THEIR WONDERFUL ONE AND ONLY, 'SIGNATURE VOICES', THANKS!
I got to see her live in Vegas the last time she was here. What an incredible woman she is. And she had some jeans on too. Blue was written for Patsy but she died before recording it. Only LeAnn could have done it justice and she did.
wow I just watched her version while filming Music in High Places and then went to this version and it's amazing how much her voice keeps improving and changing over the years.
It blows my mind to think that Willy Nelson wrote this classic tune! It definitely was meant to be sung by a woman, the caliber of a Patsy Cline or a LeAnn Rimes. Thanks Willie!
She can sing her ass completely off. A former friend of mine, Randy Fouts played piano on this song on her album of classics. R.I.P. , Randy you were the best musician I have ever played with, miss your warped sense of humor.
Her first hit was a Patsy Cline cover....duh! She could sing the phone book and I'd listen. Pure voice. This isn't the best recording, but hers is one of the best voices anywhere.
Actually, the vocals were a bit off. I don't think you want to change a classic song like this too much. See my band's version of "Crazy" (at my youtube page) for a lesson on how to properly cover a Patsy Cline song.
what a voice...and what a woman! patsy would would be proud of this rendition of such a classic....cheers.
This is a great artist. Lehane rine..love her music. Sherell.

Either get a barrette or clip OR stop touching your hair every 7 seconds. Drives me up a wall.
