En este modelo cuando se lee el codigo de seguridad de bcm te dice el tipo y tambien si te vas a Autopropad.com puedes cheqear el tipo en lista de vehiculos

Do you have to pick the ignition cylinder first before you’re able to release the ignition out?
Should I start with these 3 machines? Xp 005, key tool max and autopropad and I would be good for anything but German vehicles?
I'm thinking of starting with mainly Acura since I already work there btw

@@pouncerminned863 I actually got the im508 instead. Will I be needing the autopropad for anything or can the im508 hold its own on most cars?
@@paulmarmol2639 IM508 should hold on its own for most. I like to have a backup sometimes one will not do the other for some reason
I did spare key ,but it only works in the doors,my old key use to work on the doors and ignition what could be the poblem
How do you remove the sleeve? Did you push in the cylinder spring and align all the waffers?
You push the pins down one by one and pull it out..

Then you would need to re-key door. Not a good option for the customer or Locksmith.

@@pouncerminned863 wouldn’t it be better to replace all of the locks since it is a fleet vehicle? That is what I plan on doing with mine. I have a 2014 and my brother has a 2017. Our keys are interchangeable. We are looking to alleviate the security issue.
