Mike was being very selective over the last year because he moved 3 times because they were going to build a new home. They decided to buy a home now. He will be buying stuff in the future.
If you go back and watch that video. I stated that I was not calling out the lady because she said her husband priced the cards. I also specifically did not included her face in the video. I thanked her for showing me the cards. At the end of the video I talk about how sport card buying at flea markets can be the Wild West and you have to be careful. I was using this situation as an example. I was never trying to be disrespectful at all. She was a sweet lady. If it came across that way, I apologize. That was never my intention.
@@eaglerider1826 oh, lol. No problem at all. I literally dropped a video on my on my card channel on monday and the concept was overpriced cards and it was with a lady who didn't know the pricing because her husband priced them. I thought you were referencing that. Funny timing.
That woman with the prices reminds me of an estate sale company here in Connecticut. They overprice everything and won't negotiate, even when I show them comps on my phone that are far below their prices. I don't even bother going to that firm's estate sales anymore.
I think sometimes people see high price and are hoping they have a gem. She was decent on all the other stuff. When it comes to companies doing that. I don’t see how they can stay in business long term doing that.
At 11:04 you passed on Portmerion Botanic Garden pieces. Coffee pot, rolling pin, oil & vinegar cruets, 2 canisters. That stuff has a great sell through rate. A couple hundred dollars in sales for just those pieces.
Thanks for the tips. I’ll go back and watch it. Those are items that I don’t normally sell. I’ll do some research on them. I hope you and your family have an Amazing Holiday!
You may want to reach out to customer service and ask them what is going on. I appreciate you still finding your way back. Thank you! I hope you and your family have an amazing Holiday!
When a friend thinks about it for a long time then says "nah I don't want it" and you buy it for him anyways 😭 knowing damn well he really wanted it. That's good mind reading.
Unfortunately I see this all the time in the comic side of things, especially at cons. People will see how much a graded copy goes for and then try to sell a raw copy for the same price.... I'll pass lol. Great haul man & enjoy the holidays brother ❤
She wanted $90 for it. You know how fragile that thing is. It just wasn’t worth the risk or hassle at $90. I sure you spent a 1/2 hour packing that thing up, lol
I think it’s amazing. It has made me thousands of dollars over the years but it not for everyone. If you are dealing with one off items, rare, or antiques. It’s def worth it. If you are selling just everyday household items, mall brand clothing, or modern items. It wouldn’t be worth it. It comes out to about $25 a month. For me, it’s def worth it for the items that I deal with. I once bought these rare looney tunes motorcycle statues. There were a few comps in the $50-$100 range. People didn’t know what they had. When I looked them up on worthpoint, they had sold over a dozen times between $200-$300 each. If I would have just went by eBay comps I would have sold them all between $400-$500 total. I priced them off worth point comps and ended up getting $1750 for all of them. They took a couple months longer to sell but it was worth it.

Good Stuff! Yeah, boats, cars, RVs for sale at garage sales are the only things I have seen at that price point.
Very true, lol
I’ve seen you guys together in multiple videos. I don’t believe that I ever saw Mike buy anything. He helps everyone else.
I refuse to watch any of his video's after the way he treated an old lady over the price of some sports cards because she didn't know their worth .

@@pickingandpunching Rod , sorry for any confusion . My comment was about the way Mike treated an old lady at a yard sale on one of his video's .

Pinking and Punching Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you and your family.
The famous quote : " ...on ebay goes..."😊😊😊😊
Great finds bro! I got another vcr a little cleaning and seems running like a champ😊
Nice pickup.
Nice score on the sign and that Elvis piece was definitely crazy
I love that sign!

@pickingandpunching ... and happy holidays to you and Mrs punching
It was an Elvis kind of morning picking - great score on the sign - Merry Christmas to you and your family Rod
It felt like I was at a garage sale in Graceland, lol. I hope you and your family have an amazing X-Mas!
Craziness for the Elvis memorabilia. I am getting frustrated with U Tube, at least six times they unscripted from your channel, what the hell!❤😊

@pickingandpunching yes I have done that couldn't give me a answer
I hope you and your wife have a fantastic Christmas and of course your fur babies.
Thank you! I wish the same for you and your family.

100%
As soon as someone says " sells on Ebay for _" you know they never sold on Ebay before or else they would of sold it on there already.
That’s a great point
Your eyes are so cool. You should start hypnotizing sellers for better deals 😂
That's how I always get them to bring stuff out of their house for me, lol

That same thing happens at comic shops and in the sport card world as well.
@pickingandpunching Got to stay knowledgeable my man!
Great finds!
Thank you
Me and my wife love elvis! We went to Graceland a few years ago
How was it? I always thought it would be cool to check out.

Mother Theresa is officially part of the MCU❤I hear she fights Thanos in the next Avengers movie 😮
I'm putting my money on Mother Theresa .
Lol
Rumor has it that she forms a new avengers team with the Archangels and the Holy Spirit.

@pickingandpunching hell yeah I did lol. For me it was worth it. I won it at a live auction for 15
I think mike is just there for moral support or Kevin body guard
Mike has just moved for the 3rd time in the last 12 months. He finally has his forever home. He will finally start buying more stuff now.
I think I saw a Chanel bag in the first sale. Anyone else see it,?♥️
you are right, but it wasn't real.

Those botanical ceramic pieces on the table at about 11 minutes look like they may have been Portmeirion.
I’ll have to go back and check out the video. Thank you.
They were. A nice coffee pot, canisters, rolling pin and oil and vinegar cruets. That would have been a good haul!
Dave quit his 6 figure job and doing this?
He is happier than he ever has been. Spends more quality time with his family. It’s not always about the money.
everybody hates Dave...lol
We love to hate him, lol. He is a really good Dad and friend. We just love to give him a hard time.
