To achieve smooth, glowing skin:
1 - I drink good amount of water. It helps. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day.
2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. It's effective, but consistent daily application is necessary.
3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face.
4 - I don't consume junk food.
5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday.
Together, these practices contributed to my clear, radiant skin without any acne, dark spots and pimples.

In dairy industry some farmers may use oxitocine to let down milk, which is banned and not a common practice.
Milk is itself a hormone secreted by pregnant animals mammary gland many of us are lactose intolerant and allergic to milk but we don't notice it till we hit puberty or go through our own hormonal imbalance.
