It's not a Coyote, it's a Roush-Yates RY45, it's basically a NASCAR engine that pushes 1100 HP Naturally Aspirated, I believe in this video Vaughn had a Pro Charger. The RTR Mustangs in FD right now have the RY45 with nitrous jets. Easy 1350-1400 hp

Its a complex track that requires a lot more skill to put a good time in that went in the making of this video... The video was cut in sections over two days where every turn was recorded several times till they got the footage they wanted. You can't do that when you are trying to make a fast lap, let alone a world record lap.

I don't know if it's modelled in other sims but in Assetto Corsa, if you drive slowly, to the right of the track you can see the monument that Scwhedenkreuz is named after. There's a video on Misha Charoudin's channel where he shows it too.

This is not muscle car, it has flatplane crankshaft, muscle car have crossplane so can't reach high rpm and hard to drift well

I mean if you really insist on drifting a mustang on a narrow mountain road in japan where it can only fit like 2 cars only having 3 centimetres apart from each other and gaurd rails and cliffs on each side of the road. And whete the turns are way tighter than the onse on circuit tracks that can become litteal 180 turns then yes.

that shot is far more unique, innovative, and insanely rad than any of the drifting happening in this video. dont get me wrong, vaughn slayed it in this and the ring is the most rad race track of all time, but that shot is 11/10

Man! That engine sound is heavenly... also I just realized as a drift noob just how hard it is to not slide off the track. The fact he has barely done that and only his rare tires spun the outside is quite amazing and something I’ve learned to appreciate after struggling lap after lap of practicing.
Also he puts his tires off the track on purpose to extend the length of the drift and connect two corners instead of doing a manji between them

He didnt do this in 1 lap dude lmao. This was 2 days of filming and thousands of corner attempts. You couldnt do this in 1 without blowing your tires up

My god. This guy did a 360 DRIFT ENTRY ON ONE OF, IF NOT, THE HARDEST TRACKS IN THE WHOLE WORLD. THIS GUY FEARS NOTHING AND NO-ONE. G FREAKING G TO HIM!
He did each corner individually. It isnt the "hardest track" when you are just doing 1 corner over and over.... it isnt like that 360 was gonna ruin his lap when he messed up. They filmed probably 10 attempts and took the best one

I literally just took this car and tried to drift the Nurbürgring. I crashed less than 1 minute in. Crazy difficult.

He stopped numerous times to swap sets. On IG there were photos of him sitting on the middle of the track ready for another take on different corners. The magic of editing.
He didn't even do it in one day, each two or three corners is a different take. Still a cool video though.

Oh neat! I actually quit carbonated beverages last november succefully finally. Tried to cut out caffeine as a whole, but I got hooked onto dunkin donuts mocha iced coffee. XD A Good sports drink I've tried is Body Armor it has more potassium than any other drink i've seen and that really helps with sore muscles/ keeping muscles from being sore after you strain them.

Ken block is the king of awd drifting, Vaughn jr is the king of rwd drifting. It would be sick if they did a gymkhana video together, or either have them compete against each other and judge their runs according to lap speed, angle of their drifts, closest wall taps without damaging the car, how fast they're going while drifting, and on how controlled their drifts are or something along these lines. Hell maybe even throw in some stunts they could do, I'd love to see something like that. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd gladly pay to see them do either one of those ideas anyday!
