Hey Bud this is Glenn kothe I met you in Michigan couple days ago your UA-cam fishing is awesome looking forward to see you guys again some day keep my phone number that deal I told you stands
Is it worth the trip there.. I am somewhat handicapped and it has walkways I can use. I been down on my luck with fish this year. Would love some saugeye..
The swimbait and spinner combo you were using where do you buy them from? What size and weight if you make them? Any specific color they key on at Buckeye?
The best ones are the glimmer series double willow leaf spinnerbaits paired up with a 3.3" or 3.8" Donkey Snatcher swimbait. Use promo code "wbfishin" for 10% off too on the venom website
@@weirdbeardfishin Does the tennessee shad colorway work the best? I have never fish artificial for stripers on buckeye and i’m trying to find what’s best
So do wipers come up in the shallows in the spring like crappie and then go deep in the summer? Desperately trying to figure out how to catch these guys.
@@weirdbeardfishin last question, do you know if it's legal to fish off the newly redone dame there? Lots of nice rock along that bike path to fish if it's allowed. I can't tell where you're at there. I go to leibs and the dam area close to the boat ramp a lot.
Spinner and swim bait combo is the best
There can be only one WeirdBeard and he fixes cars!!
🤣
Fun times wiper fishing
heck yeah jack bas

Would be best if you wait until it cools down and fish will become more active!

Keep moving. Don't stay in one spot too long!
Is that one of those little Islands down from the North shore boat ramp?

Yes they come up shallow to feed and attempt to spawn... In the summer they go out deep looking for cool water.

Hi Im about to go fishing there and im going for bass what do you sugges I use
I usually don't fish there through the summer because its super touch but best bet is crankbaits out in deeper water or flipping docks
@@weirdbeardfishin Thanks!
Where is this at on buckeye? I cannot picture it for the life of me.
Just East of Columbus, Ohio
Ohio gang!!
👊
Those are wiper(hybrid). Not striper.
Same difference here in ohio lol no where to catch striper here in ohio
WeirdBeardFishin there are actually three lakes in Ohio that still have stripers.
@@sasquatchcustomlures what lakes? I didn't think stripers were stocked in ohio
@@xkillswitchx23 Seneca lake stocks stripers. there is a huge fish farm by the dam if you havnt noticed that
