Hydride>aryl>alkyl
But what if there is possibility of ring expansion

sir 3 membered ring (cyclopropane) mein agar methyl substituent pe agar kisi tarah se positive aa jaye to wo stable hota hai due to dancing resonance so wo expand kyu karegi

1:35 Or sir aapne ek video mein ka tha ki 1 degree sn1 mein bann nahi sakta
Aur apne aise bola tha:"kai jamure hamme se aisa bhi sochte hain ki 1 degree carbocation banne ke baad rearrangement karjayega,are bhai jabb banega tabhi to rearrangement karega naa"
Sir yaa pe bhi to rearrangement hi ho rahi banne ke baad, aapne toh kaha tha bann hi nahi sakta, to uske baad rearrangemnt ka koi sawaal hi nhi uth ta, Jabb vo bnn hi nh raha
