I recently got a racking horse. He likes to trot and canter but it can be a pain to get him to get in his gait. Do you just spur em on while holding them in collected with the reins? How do ya’ll cue the rack/pace
Racking breed is a breed of horse that naturally have that gate. Look up the breed . They look small to me. I only know about the Breed Justin Morgan because my uncle had one a gelding who was sorrel with a white blaze and four white feet. He was gorgeous.
@@janc8199 You can train other breeds of horses to do what some breeds do naturally. I might be misspelling it but have you watched them videos of the Paso fino horses? They have a special gait also. They are a small horse breed.
I'm from Virginia, & have ridden my whole life & racking horses are unlike any other. You sir have an amazing horse. 👏 would love to join yall on a ride one day! Happy trails! 😊
@@GALLEN-vf7uyI'm not. Would you feel good if your feet were so hot to make sparks ... And you guys ride like you can't sit down or something... Never seen this....
GUY on the white/grey horse has no seat at all. I feel so bad for the horse.

Don’t completely agree with having them on pavement
It is a risk of falling if they are shod and the pavement is wet but they can slip and fall on grass.
@nah-ok that doesn’t excuse people who put their horses on pavement. I disagree with having herd animals in crowds of people and cities.
@nah-okAnd their joints probably pay for it. They shouldn't be on pavement for the same reasons we shouldn't.
@nah-ok Yeah, and it's bad for them, jackass.
Poor horses legs on that tarmac.
There’s more pacing and breaking going on than rackin. 😄
Lot of "Envy" and "Jealousy" in that comment !
Lovin all of these riders ridin on the concrete🙄 you shouldn’t go past a trot you can just hear them hooves breaking!
Now THAT is a "LIE" !!! 😊😊😊

They sit on a horse very funny. They need to study a lot.
Excellent Riders... YOU need to study MORE !
Why are they running these animals on the pavement? Most are obviously not horsemen.
Keep watching
@1:13, that horse made sparks!
Gotta' Luv It !!!! LOL
I wonder how it would be if they had an Arabian Stallion running with them.
My kind of weekend where y'all guys from man

The sparks would look awesome at night.

Is the concrete hard on their joints?
@@claramyers2179yes, it messes up their hooves and can actually end up breaking.
There are literally sparks flying off their hooves!
Are you a fan of that ?
