@@Kaziriasatalve. O1 is dual intent and so the person can work for some time and go either way. But once you apply for EB1 you have to be very sure of a positive outcome. Else you have revealed the immigrant intent. And if you are denied the EB1 then in future even the B1-B2 will be subject to the 214b problems, to the best of my knowledge.

Easy to say than being done. You did not mention what income to show to qualify to be a sponsor. You made it sound like its easy to put up your own company. If i will have money to put my own company somewhere else, why would i waste my time and Money to get an 01 visa. USCIs will ask for your i come return and they can tell if you can sponsor yourself. You’re not a lawyer right?
We actually processed 7 cases last year with companies created to sponsor applicants. We work closely with our attorney (based in the US itself) and process hundreds of cases. Setting up a company in the US can happen within 3-4 days and is not as big an endeavour as it may sound like. Income levels for the company vary based on the field, but can be as good as your living expenses for 6 months in cases where companies do not require a massive investment to operate. It all depends on what you're doing. I wouldn't want to share details with my viewers if I haven't experienced any part of this operation. :)

@@princeofheaven19 that's very unideal. What good is a GC when you don't really have the freedom to visit your motherland? Not worth it at all especially with the conditions in the US. They're not that extraordinarily great when you compare it to India.
