Try out this Monsoon Special Corn Cutlets recipe which are a delicious snacks recipe to try out this monsoon. With mild sweetness of sweet corns and punch of spices this snack is very craving.
Servings - 15
Ingredients:
2 cups sweet corns
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 chopped green chillies
¼ tsp asafoetida (or) hing
1 finely chopped carrot
1 chopped capsicum
3 boiled and cooled potatoes
¼ cup coriander
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
5 tbsp rice flour
5 tbsp gram flour or besan
1 tsp dry mango powder or amchur powder
Oil

Hare Krishna I had used fresh sweetcorn. If we use frozen then more water will release while cooking. So better to use fresh only. 🙏🌺
