Morning drink:cinamon nd lemon
Detox water upto make 7:00 nd use 9:00:1cucumber,lemon,mint,a
water then use after 2 hrs complete upto 2 pm
Breakfast::1tbso oil,haldi,mirch,garlic,onion,veggies,adral,salt pinch,then cook for 5 mints half cup oats cup water then let it for 10 mints
Sandwiches: multigrain bread
Mid morning:10:00 pm: 3 option,apple,orange,guava,
Lunch,1:00: stuff pratha with dal
Recipe one bowl moong dal double water pinch salt upto 4 whistles,chilli ,turmeric,inboil saute cook add onion add veggies add salt then cook for 5 mints
Then add into pan half cup water according to consistency
Add lemon juice with 1 roti vegtable half katoori ,
Evening tea:4:00
Green tea 4 almods with 1 walnut
Dinner :7:00 no salt : veggies soup
Saute veggies flax seeds 1 big oats spoon soaked for hakf hour until boil add lemon 1 cup then use 50 gm paneer or detox salad half bowl
Night tea:fenel tea:add. Water then add 1 big spoon if fennel tea 1 glads with half lemon
Excercise for 1 hr
Sleep at 10:00 :6:00
4 ltrs water inshallah while coaching
1. 8 hour's of sleep
2. Check weight daily
3. Slim tea at morning(water + cinnamon+ lemon)
4. Detox water (cucumber+mint+lemon)
5. Breakfast (till 8:30am) masala oats
6. Mid morning (10:30am) fruit (apple/orange/guavas)
7. Lunch (1:30pm) (one pot veggie dal+ stuffed Paratha)
8. Evening tea (4:30pm) green tea+ nuts
9. Dinner (7:30pm) (*salt minimum) veggie soup+panner(50gm)/ detox salad
10: Night drink : sauf tea
* 2.5- 3L water is must *

8 hours of sleep for sure at night (10 to 6) , weight check in the morning , morning drink- water(Cinnamon tea - one glass water ,2 cinnamon sticks , 1 inch ginger grated , ½ lemon) , detox at 7 ( cucumber, lemon , mint) , start drinking at 9 , breakfast- masala oats ( olive oil , red chilli powder.tumeric , coriander powder, Chopped garlic , chopped ginger, onion , carrot , tomato , beans saute them , add oats (½ cup) , water , 10 mins) or sandwich(multigrain bread) or chila or idly (oats or ragi) , mid morning snack- mostly fruits - apple or gauva or orange , lunch - stuffed Paratha with dal , evening tea - green tea with nuts (4 almonds , 1 walnut , 1 resins) , dinner - (by 7 30 pm) salt should be very less , no high carbs - crunchy veggie soup , paneer

I do jumping jacks 40, high knees 60, standing bycyclecrunches 60, Russian twist 30, heel touch 30, reverse crunches 40, reclined oblique twist 30, cobra strech 30 secs, cobra strech exercise 30, plank 30 secs, donkey kiks 30, wall pushpups 30, squads 60, crunches 30. That's it. You'll find it difficult at first later on you'll not feell like missing exercises. Have black coffee before exercise it gives you energy.
