Adjustable pipe is short it is not possible clean roof and fan blade

I don't think so. Leaves are usually medium size and if you try sucking some at once, more chances to get stuck . Better to use blower function.
After using vacuum cleaner for wet cleaning water flow is outside from the air filter please reply how it comes out water ... What can i do
Yes I faced this problem when I tried to suck lot of water . Due to more suction power , there will be more outward airflow from outlet which pulls water from bin . Not suitable for heavy wet suction. Suitable for any liquid spill like sauce, milk etc

Agaro :
if you are expecting to clean entire home at once (21 litres dust bin) with strong suction power and to pull dust out from non accessible areas using blower function. If you are okay to clean atleast weekly once(some effort required) then go with Agaro.
Hand Held:
1. price of battery operated are of higher side.
2. Bin capacity will be small. Entire home can't be covered.
3. Cleaning is easy.
4. Easy to handle if battery operated as less weight and can be used without worrying about power cable.
5. Suction power will be lower.
Agaro ace vaccum cleaner doesn't have HEPA filter does it really matters?
Vaccum Cleaners with HEPA filters are of higher end . HEPA filters helps to capture very small dust particles and purifies air from exhaust which is good for person working with Vaccum Cleaner and mainly allergic to dust or other health conditions like Asthma. HEPA filters are mainly preferred in Air Purifiers
Agaro vaccum cleaner just captures dust to certain level and some dust particles may come out from exhaust. This we can handle by wearing mask while operating.

No HEPA Filter , But not much dust particles from blower pipe. Normal person won't face any problems , If anyone is allergic to small dust then mask is required while using this vaccum cleaner.

No, This is not suitable for that . Wet suction only like milk spilling, wet floor, sofa cleaning etc .

That is common no need to worry about that. Always Blower Outlet and suction inlet should be opposite so air blows away from you.
Don't use more than an hour continously, give gap for atleast 15 mins .

Heat air is coming normal from blower side your vaccum cleaner also same
Vaccum Cleaner sucks outside air and releases from blower. Hot air from blower is normal because of two reasons
1. Air is getting compressed, so temperature rises.
2. Motor temperature rises which releases heat so that is causing warm air from blower.
Don't use vaccum cleaner continuously for long hours.

It is not wireless. Power cord should be connected always.

Yes . It's just for precaution don't remove it.

2 pin switch (16A) , Can be used on Normal Three Pin Plug (not big one)

No. If you are using only for dry suction just empty bin and you can use again immediately. But it is recommended to clean weekly once. If you are using for wet suction too then thorough clean is must.

Sir some part sound is coming while we twist the motor
Sir check these things :
1. Whether locking is done correctly on both sides
2. Whether Hose pipe attached correctly
3. Check Black plastic net which attached under motor housing is set correctly
If still problem is there then it's internal need to check with Agaro team .
Who will provide service and spares after 1 year? Does Agaro have service centre atleast in metro cities?
I don't think Agaro has dedicated service centres, For any service need to check directly with Agaro Team.

Yes little bit , while operating it will be disturbance for other members in home .
How to control suction
There is no specific button or knob to control suction power. There is one slider on Pipe with small hole you can try to open that to release some pressure

Can you pls suggest about recurring cost of parts
There is no much recurring costs as all parts last longer . Small multi purpose brush got damaged as that was most used in my case and it is like 100-150/- . Dust bag is reusable. You can use for 2 years easily.

What to do about the sound
Yes sound is concern and unfortunately no option to decrease power.

I'm thinking of buying Philips dry no dustbag VC for 9000rs, but i want to compared to Agaro and Inalsa which one to choose. Because Philips has trustworthy brand name
While we lift the motor section the dust stuck with dust bag, falls on the floor..
Yes , you can't avoid this completely but try tapping dust bag before removing. This way you can reduce to some extent.

How many years can we expect this vacuum cleaner life sir
Based on my usage from past 9-10 months, I didn't face any issue (only wear and tear of brush) . You can easily use for 5 years when properly maintained.
1. Don't use continuously more time (more than 1hr) . Give break for 15 mins
2. Wash and dry immediately after using for wet suction,else rust will form inside drum.
3. Wash and dry atleast weekly once for dry suction.
4. Don't use if there is any issues with power source.

Yes I use weekly to clean entire house .This is best budget vaccum cleaner. This is not promotion video completely true.
