Made this today came out amazinggg made it with beef and added more spices and beef stock 😍😍😍
It's a great recipe, but it feels a bit like the eggplant should brown a bit more in the oil for more flavor.

You use half cook rice or full uncook??
@@sajidabibi5547 For sure, rice was not hot boiled before cooking with meat. This is basmati and even few mins in hot water makes it much longer.
