Too warm to drive around in the middle of the day and animals hide in the shade...!
Thanks for watching! We actually had lovely weather this trip but definitely happy the second drive of the day happens at 3pm, as it cooled down a lot by then. The morning drives were overall a lot more action packed and cooler, which was nice.
We don't have wild anymore like in North America, or large wild animals (bears, mountain lions, moose etc.). South Africa is unfortunately a very physically developed country. Safari is Kenya guys. Kruger is a park, it's all managed. I always find it really ironic that people come from countries with so much wildlife to our country where you have settle for an artificial experience. You're not going to get typhoid from the tap water 😂 O.R Tambo was a guy who liked to make churches, shopping malls and cars go boom in the 70s and 80s. A lot of people including kids are gone because of him. It must be hard for the families to see that statue...
South Africa is a very interesting country if you avoid all the tourist traps. It's all fake but it makes the country a lot of money.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. We really enjoyed our trip to South Africa and Kruger provided an amazing first safari experience for us. But we’ll definitely visit some other countries in Africa in the future as well.
@@GrantandMarisa Aapvandiekaap is not telling the truth, Kruger is bigger then some european countries, and it is the oldest national part in africa making it untouched since pre-development in South Africa. This guy is just negative
Thanks for adding some extra insight here 😊. We absolutely loved Kruger.
@ My brother you are right. But my point is, in America they actually have large dangerous wild animals that are not enclosed in parks. Like alligators, bears, mountain lions, moose and so on. We don't have things like that here anymore. In Kruger there are even speed cops. It's not the wild. You have to go to Mozam or Botswana to experience that.
@@AapVanDieKaap To be fair, a lot of the animals you are referring to are actually also in national parks in the USA.
