These are nice like the choices in design and most of the material. Major issues I have is coming up the stairs and the first thing you see is the kitchen. The practicality of that when entertaining is a disaster. The guess walk into you cooking. It's the most active and hardest part to keep clean while entertaining. Simply having the staircase enter into the living room is a better choice.

Hey Tati great job as always quick question so I see the price on a home like this and I'm wondering what would be the advantage of buying a townhouse vs a single family because for 800k plus I just imagine one could get a very nice home in a nice area for 800k thanks in advance

To answer your question I’ve learned that some people don’t enjoy the upkeep of a single family home or they’ve downsized from a single family due to their kids moving out. However, they still want the luxury style home that provides a smaller living space. It’s really a “to each it’s own” scenario.
