Why is there a full BA on the 1st floor when there is no BR on the 1st floor? Is that 1st floor main room supposed to be a flex room ? I guess one could put any combo of day bed, Murphy bed, pullout etc... Just no wall or door for privacy. Wrt the 3rd floor hall BA , who is the dual vanity for? Since that BA is services both 2nd & 3rd BRs, It would make more sense to ditch one basin and install a toiletries cabinet as I did not notice a medicine cabinet and you don't want to bend down to get anything other than TP and cleaning supplies. Everything in the owner's suite is small but acceptable for a townhome. The 2nd floor and the outdoor spaces is what makes this place stand out and great for entertaining or just relaxing. With all those stairs, the target buyer is a young couple or someone under 40yo. 😅
