Both things r different. 1. Reaction temperature out of range depends on its heater and sensor). That u have to verify. 2. Light intensity too low. U can adjust filters by using debug software.
Sir when we are doing in qc calibration.first we have to do a blank test(water+reagent).then standard (standard +reagent) . Is it sir? Because I have a doubt.
Together u will do. Keep your calibration rule as 2 point. Then run calibration. It will take blank as well as calibrator. Then u can run QC. Although u can run qc same time but it would be better to do it later.
Actually Mindray or any brand Semi Automated Chemistry Analyzer is not allowed in GCC countries. That’s why I can’t but still i will try if i will get a chance.

Check lamp. When it was installed. Mostly such kind of issue can be fixed by replacing halogen lamp.

Yes it is.
Usually you will get powdered form. You have to dilute with Deionised water.

Once u will connect analyser with LIS by interfacing after following protocol entered in manual, it will transmit data
