Sir i have medonic M51 5parts analyzer,i have problem on the analyzer WBC and RBC counting works good but DLC counting is good for 2 or 3 samples only after that all the test performing DLC couting gives starmark and WBC message gives abnormal WBC scattergram... In this case,,please can you give me. What is the problem and please can you give me the instruction to fix this problem...

Mr Shakeel, my elite 3 was not giving results for wbc and rbc. I ran a self test and the amplifier currents are out of range. Is there a need to repalce the main board or only amplifier can be repaired?

Our ERBA XL-200 machine suddenly can't run and not release result we tried the barcode scan, volume scan and unchecking/checking the hibernate upon processing or running, the R1 displays none while R2 displays timetable of running only FBS and SGPT displays the result it happened when the staffs tried to change/replace HDL-CHOLE reagent we consulted the engineer but they didn't know yet what to do they still finding ways how it happened and what solution might be i came across this for luck what do you think
