I own the scott scale 770 since about 4 weeks ago and iam having trouble with this specific model. .it never happen to me with any other bicycles before and iam dissapointed since they are a gift from my parents for my 26 yo birthday I ride for 11 years and i have never had so much difficulty maintaing speed these bikes are very manuverable and have pretty good shock brakers but with my height 1.87m with the extra large model i just cant have an efficient pedaling and i get very tired so tired that i just get of them walk it side by side . Only the idea of get up on them and ride again is already exhausting I decide to sell them for 35% of its worth and get the specialisd pitch which are a bit more expensive and less luxurious but it seems that for my height which is 1.87m at large model they are descent they have only 20 gears though (with two chain wheels at front small and medium large) i consult with sales man about their ability to gain at least 45 -50+ kph and he promised that they will do that without problem and that i can always change the fron chain wheel to a bigger one. So everything is almost good but the fact that i wont have two main chain wheels that i can use and get insured by it in case of damage to it

+Märt Märtson my friend I'm about to buy a scale 770 2016, but is there a huge diference in perfomance between 770 and 760 ? Now money is an issue unfortunatly.

+o c you mean that the gear ratios dont fit you?
