It's unfortunate people still believe you have to choose between quality or quantity. As long as you stay consistent and put in the work over years, naturally the quality improves without you having to slow down the quantity. At least that's what I've found.
I also found this to be true for creating music: with each track I pick up some new skill/trick that in return makes the tracks after that even higher in quality!
@@mrspo7012 Part of learning to work consistently is learning how to manage our workload for sustainability. As we push through new challenges, we need to take time to rest and relax and recharge, and as we do so, our stamina goes up as does our skill level. Eventually, what would have caused us to burn out a few months ago is no longer overwhelming. As long as we maintain awareness of our internal states and adjust as we are starting new routines to get things done while not jeopardizing our well-being, the risk of reaching a point of exhaustion that sets us back a long time vastly diminishes.

Cap, my feed's literally filled with your videos now, both old and new. The recent videos are quality, we all know that, but the old videos are like hidden gold. So much clarity and wisdom. Its amazing that how impactful your videos have been to me in the last few weeks. I’ve learned that it’s a lot better to work too much then not work enough. I understand how hustle culture can become toxic in some people’s opinion but I’ve experienced both ends of the spectrum and I can say that dealing with the stress and burnout of working too much is A LOT more manageable than dealing with the existential dread and depression that come with not doing enough.
Great video. Really appreciate the insight. The one thing I would disagree with is the non-existence of toxic hustling. I think exerting a lot of effort for anything is toxic if the thing you're doing is not true to your innermost goals and desires. Someone else could be doing all of these things for filmmaking and it could feel toxic if that's not truly what they want, because the fulfillment they get out of it does not equal the work they put in, so rather than a symbiotic relationship between work and fulfillment, they get depleted. So figuring out what goals are truly your heart's is important too
yeah man, i felt that flow when my channel was at it's prime, which definitely isn't the best I could even do. To someday get that back, takes action. Hey!!! Greetings from India. Just wanted to thank you for all your contents in the past year. Has helped me singificantly in changing my approach towards life.
I had the same problem with doing my podcast so I just canned it. If I’m not showing up to do it and more inspired to do other things than what’s the point? (Especially when it’s not profitable) It becomes more of a burden on your back then a hobby or art you enjoy. At that point you either have to stop or change how you are going about the process. Always a pleasure!

So happy I found your channel today man.. Nice Salesforce journal too! haha
Content+videography+editing, everything is top-notch. It's only a matter of time before your channel blows up if it has not already.
yeah man, i felt that flow when my channel was at it's prime, which definitely isn't the best I could even do. To someday get that back, takes action. I believe even consuming the right content that motivates you is just as important, compared to things that purely entertain you.
Awesome video bro, appreciated and keep doing your thing! Great book recommendations.

Captain Where Did You Find NZT-48 ? I want it too
You're killing it and that's inspiring me more than all of the advice that you are giving to us
i think youre the first productivity youtuber ive seen to ever acknowledge or said "privilege" and it was such a nice breath of fresh air in the giant fart of rich out of touch videos

Much needed video. Thank you so much Nikhil.
Great video cap! Just what I needed
Exactly what I needed!!
Thank you!
Greatness is coming....I really loved that line
I had the same problem with doing my podcast so I just canned it. If I’m not showing up to do it and more inspired to do other things than what’s the point? (Especially when it’s not profitable) It becomes more of a burden on your back then a hobby or art you enjoy. At that point you either have to stop or change how you are going about the process. Always a pleasure!
whnver I watch your vdo.. I got motivated....the way you work ... I really want to appreciate 👏👏👏👏keep it up.. really love to watch your vdo...
