I just hate pointers, so I started with Java. And one thing I can say for sure is that java code is more easily understandable because it strictly follows object oriented approach.
Pointers are quite useful if used properly. In java, all the variables are passed through references (Simply, a pointer, that's why you can do: type x = new Construct(...args);). The difference is that Java runs in a virtual machine, meaning it has it's own virtual memory, that it can access and control whatever the vm feels like. In case of C/C++/rust or any other system language, memory management is truly in hand of the kernel and you have to call kernel exposed api (in windows, we include windows.h) to manage the memory. Now that's already abstracted by the stdlib and other standard libraries in C/C++.

When working with ML and AI, python has an upper hand. For front end and back end, it's java, js and cpp.
Whenever someone asks me, I can never reply which language is better cause they all serve some very specific purposes.
You can make ML and AI in C++ to and it's pretty fast working over python. Just because python already have ready made library doesn't make it a AI,ML flagship language.
If you go to IT giants, they still use c++ and tbh some still use C.
Fast processing allows for training time to the bots.
Tesla trained their auto pilot bots on c++.
Microsoft still pays c++ dev big salary over any other language dev.
The older the language, the faster it is.
Nvidia and AMD still recruits 8085 processor devs.
Python is dev friendly but isn't performance friendly including the field of AI or ML.

Reason - All MNCs know that India has a bigger competition in everything bcoz of our vast population. So to filter out students, they deliberately allow only C++/Java to see who understands what actual programming is and who are here just on the basis of one month easy Python prep.
Also I feel that they allow Python in their own countries like USA because they want to make it more easier for their students to crack interviews than us. 🤔🤔🙃

Yes .. I've seen this thing on the internet .. whenever you google the sites will most likely suggest you to learn python as a first language .. and as they are Americans or foreigns, we consider them more "intelligent and knowledgeable" than us.. so we take their sayings without proper research .. but if you really want to learn, want to dig deep or want to see the whole picture or behind the scenes of programming then C is the best choice as a first Programming language .. after C you should go for C++ and then after that it's up to you which language or which direction you wanna go

@@manojgirgosavi1417 Yes, you can learn C++ as your first programming language! Also, it's upto your future goals what do you want to become. If you want to go in Android App development then you can go with Java language or if you want to go in Artificial Intelligence\Machine learning field then you can go with Python language.
