- Bring Me The Horizon performing It Never Ends,Blessed With A Curse and Anthem at the BBC Radio 1 Festive Festival December 2011
the intro to "it never ends" makes me feel like my heart is being..... well, touched by Christ.
Odin Bliss technically it's the ending of anthems XD
christ pratt
He needed it he was going through a really bad time then .
This is the BMTH that stole my heart.
same
Totally agreed with u
for any future peoples here, a Bring Me the Horizon documentary should be on my channel by this point. Also have a 45 minute doc on Dance Gavin Dance, and a 3+ hour documentary about A Day to Remember if interested
Yes..
agreed
Don't get me wrong, I love BMTHs new stuff, but I also really miss their old stuff like this!
+Josh Hayes i guess most of us do :D but they´re a sick band overall in my oppinion
same..
Kinda makes me feel weird to hear this as "old stuff" I mean I know it's 7 years old now, but I remember this album coming out and everyone not knowing what to think of it at the time. (Me included)
Old stuff to me is more Count Your Blessings era though I'd include Suicide Season these days. Again it makes me feel weird Suicide Season is nearly 10 years ago, I remember my girlfriend at the time playing it constantly.
exactly.
Oli Sykes didnt ask
I miss jona so fucking muchhh
+Colie Humphrey jona mvp
curtis was better
+gabe maglaqui they play different instrument
no they don't
+Colie Humphrey Same but i kinda still hate him for spreading shit about the band
If Oli fuckin Sykes was singing that close to me I would be having a seizure not just standing there
Feelya
0:55 - It Never Ends
5:25 - Blessed With a Curse
11:20 - Anthem
I cant belive how they are giving everything, specially Oli and the crowds just like... there.
Its a studio, they can’t
oli oli oli oli oli oli
there are other people in the band
i wonder how sempinternal woul{ve sound with jonah in the band....dude is so awesome
Angelo Acosta True, true.
K Peck are you serious? Jordan makes BMTH a 100 times better. He took on doing the backing vocals, his screams at the wembley shows were brutal. I'll admit Jona's vocals are missed on songs like it never ends and blessed with a curse. But Jordan's keyboards add a new layer to the songs. The live performances sound better with keyboards as well. Jordan is far from pointless as he not only wrote the majority of sempiternal with Oli and Lee and he is also producing their latest album. You can't call him pointless. Songs like Can You Feel My Heart, Sleepwalking and Snakes Start To Sing wouldn't be anywhere near the songs they are now. You'd end up with a There Is A Hell pt. 2
Mufc94Melv I'd credit Jordan for his contribution to Sepriternal, but not this latest album as it's been garbage so far.
+Angelo Acosta, I doubt that Sempiternal would ever happen with Jonah or without Jordan.
Actually jona left when the band already recorded Sempiternal, so... it will sound exactly the same
"Don't do drugs kids, it gives you an awesome voice"
I beg to differ.
Steven Zissimos lol 😂
No. He just sounds so good here because he switched from false chord screams to fry screams which was a good thing to do at this point because his false chord voice was pretty fucked in 2011.
Let's be honest, Oli has never had a very good voice.
@@stefinho_ yeah.
WTF is wrong with these people? This was a kick ass performance!!
It was at a radio station, they had to behave haha
Es la BBC :,v
00:33 Mat little smile. AW
The goddamn golden years.
Miss how Jhona sounded with the band... but I fucking love Fisher, so fair enough trade to me
If you want more from Jona, you should check him out in I Killed The Prom Queen.
+Steven Zissimos Stfu stop saying that in every comment
In Live radio events like these the crowd cant make any noise, they can enjoy the show, however bbc needs them to be quiet for recording. Because you dont want a live studio session with AHHHHHHH OMG I LOVE YOUU!!! lol
i always get sad when i hear blessed with a curse. i means so much for me in many ways.
+HetDikkeGabbertje amd why is the audiemce so quiete?? i would scream so loud man
ik ook omfg
elninjalaranja stfu
Love Jona's backing vocals. He needs a solo album!
About that
@@Copper6siege😭😭
@@Copper6siege LMAO
i miss weinhofen
Check him out in I Killed The Prom Queen. Better than bmth imo.
Check him out in I Killed The Prom Queen. Better than bmth imo.

That’s where they had a different vibe think; this is my BMTH
2019???
Si Bontottt amo
Amo
Yep
Its 2023 they have a new abum is rap people say he's the new lil peep
인정
blessed with a curse is by far my favorite song off the album
man my dream is to have jonah in the band along with jordan and oli to still be able to scream like he does here.
That long scream at 6:59 is fucking awesome! 👌🏼
the two boys in the front at 6:52 was me and my best friend at 12 listening to this haha:P
moo moo fr? that’s amazing!
You guys were amazing haha
you lucky guy
Jona has absolutely divine vocals, whether he's screaming or singing.
everybody write: "i miss jona"
then i write: "i miss curtis ward"
*We miss Jona
*We miss Curtis
Tbf Curtis didn't really do much in the band. He contributed almost nothing to Suicide Season, and didn't like playing shows. I touched on this in a documentary about BMTH, along with interviews. so for any future peoples here, a Bring Me the Horizon documentary should be on my channel by this point. Also have a 45 minute doc on Dance Gavin Dance, and a 3+ hour documentary about A Day to Remember if interested
jona contributed way more to the band than curtis ever did, dude's overrated just for old scene kids' CYB nostalgia
I miss this oliver :'((
This was when he was into Ketamine I believe. At least when he started using. If he continued, he probably wouldn't be alive
+nicolas santana ??? He still uses this same style of "melodic skraming/yell singing". He just mixes it in with clean singing, which honestly makes it a bit harder
I'm pretty sure this oli was the one who was into drugs,so...
+Ize H Ketamine is not that hardcore xD
+nicolas santana You guys gotta remember he stopped doing ketamine when he's singing this, he just still has those screams from his previous experiences
"for the few of you that know the words let me hear you sing them as loud as you can" no one sings lol
"For the few of you that know the words"
Well at least he knew whats up
"For the few of you that know the words"
Well at least he knew whats up
I wanna hear Jonah scream solo for once
Damn you can easily tell this was before the thousands of fan girls came in swarms because if the singer came down from the stage he would be ripped to shreds.
Jona's scream is fucking badass
You have to listen to the live Performance of Dont go here on YT. Amazing growls by him!
someone should've taught oli how to scream right, his voice was still good in 2011
Theres so many people here that says he shouldstop singing and shit, but why? Im a huge BMTH fan, and yeah, i know, he´s voice isnt the greatest in the world, but he sings with such an emotion, and the texts of the songs are amazing, and hes voice isnt awful, its beautiful in another way, hes not a rap singer or pop singer. All artist has diffrent voices, its not bad. I dont understand why people have the need to throw shit all the time.
same opinion...his style off singin is so unique and emotional...thats what matters and not how precise hes singin the notes.
Yes! Exactly.
His screams are impressive still. The progression of his vocals is crazy. BMTH's sound has changed to much and I'm still a huge fan of every album. When one band can have an album for every mood I'm in, it's a great thing.
Seriously... to all the people complaining about the crowd, it is a RADIO show. They are very strict with what people do and they were probably told that they weren't allowed to do anything but stand there.
It Never Ends is one of my favorites... and the half-second choral "oooh" before it goes heavy just ... *chef's kiss*
05:24 Blessed with a Curse .
Dear people of youtube,
Let's not fight on such an amazing video! Bring Me The Horizon is an absolutely amazing band and I love them. Isn't that why we're all here?
Love, Just another BMTH fan
Wow i found old comment😧
Thats smile at 9.09 makes me so happy
so much energy. i love it!
amazing job by jona with voclals and the guitar
This puts me way back to when I was 17. I remember seeing them play Glasgow when they toured this album in April 2011. Time has flown.
2018 and still watching this stuff
Yea I feel the same. I wake up to this song every morning haha, gets me motivated. Cheers mate.
the reason i like this type of music is because when the artist are on the stage, they go fucking crazy and its epic.
everyone where i live listens to rap, and when the rappers are on stage, they just stand there and move their hands while they speak.
6:56 that scream sounds full of feelings
vocals are amazing!
Oh how I miss the good ol' days
Omg, i love this so much
Blessed with a curse fav song
The amount of energy from Oli is just mad good.
Weird audience.. The hell, the band is freaking amazing here! Make some noise peopleee!!
They cant haha
THEY KILLED IT OMG SO GOOD!
I love how he acknowledges the crowd isn't that into them (from 5;40 till 6;10) but he just goes right ahead giving 100%. I have so much respect for that man.
I miss them like this...
They look so awesome live
Love how into the music he gets :)
my two favorite songs
jona so good.... sad 2 see him leave
Jonah should come back and take over the vocals... well the clean vocals at least. This was the point where Oli was starting to find it physically tasking to scream, but Jonah seemed to have a lot power. He was doing it so comfortably in this video.
That's because Jonah seems to be screaming properly, Oliver doesn't. And also, he's not the lead singer, he is just there doing his thing with some screams here and there so it won't really make him tired, Oly on the other hand, is all over the place and pushing his throat a lot
Sykes did not wanted to scream anymore. Because he sing from the fucking rooftops! I saw his Wikipedia just now
Best performer evrr...
Love u man
Got chills
saudades dessa música 🖤
ESSE WEINHOFEN MANDAVA MUITO BEM ! I MISS WEINHOFEN TOO.
Nice one for uploading buddy!
Tremenda voz Oliver!
la verdad ni siquiera sabia lo que hacia pero si esta bien
The real bmth in my heart
Love this band
i apologize for my foul language jhahahahahh
it was so amazing
i miss this :'(
Only like 3 people were being a good crowd. The rest look like if they were lost or something.
I would be lost, too, if I had Oliver in front of me.
I'd have to decide between 1)hugging him so hard he couldn't breathe 2)kidnap him 3)sing with him deheheh
Marta Camilla Mina Lol.
+Marta Camilla Mina pretty much me
More like BMTH themselves were lost to wrong stage
I always loved that part at 8:32 when they played it live in the past.. so passionate and fueled by emotions or maybe drugs, but it was just so raw and good [:)
00:00 It Never Ends 05:41 Blessed With A Curse 11:18 Anthem
This performance is so good
One of the best intimate and unbelievably on-point performances by Oli and the band! All calm, except Oli's revved the hell up! 💥🤘🏻 Love to see it! ❤️
Best band i have ever seen live.
Epic live screams wow o.O
Amo!
How i miss this bmth
holy fucking shit, the golden years.
I think if jona didn't leave they would still be like this because of his backing vocals
this is a really stupid comment. jordan can scream.
@@antonionsfwfrom behind a keyboard...I'd rather Jona screaming behind a guitar
Brett Raven well yeah but jordan can scream even better than jona. jona has the generic scream.
@@antonionsfw you're joking right?
Brett Raven nah
Good point.
I've been screaming every day for about 8 years and I still sound fine.
PERFECT!!!!
EPICC !!! 2019?
You're absolutely right.
Imagine if Bmth still did deathcore
That would suck
it would be awsome what u on about mate
james davey i personally love all their albums except for cyb, and i think f they just stayed the same no one would still like them anymore. Change is good
i agree although. they suited the deathcore style. some say they changed for the best, some beg to differ, im sort of in the middle. i only listen to count your blessings when i feel like it, i think that album should be re-recorded with olies new vocals because the instrumental side of the album was epic the only reason i bought the album tbh
james davey We can only dream :(
this is a great live performance
2019 , lot of changes for this band . RIP to their old Genre :(
never realised how good jona was at vocals as well as the amazing oli
Amo 2019
Good times..
Why they are not putting this energy in their performances anymore!!??
+Dalibor Arestizabal no drugs no fun :D
+hitmanqo thats so fucking true, and the reason to it is the values of ppl in general. in the beginning you can feel good and have fun at the same time... after enough hours/days/years of nagging, you cant even feel good anymore with whatever drug it is because you feel the guilt towards those who doesnt understand
Dalibor Arestizabal i mean, i just saw them for the second time last Saturday night and it was a fucking awesome show. Just saying
Because they went full pop and sellouts.. Its not bring me the horizon anymore.. Its lil Xanax Oliver syko & Jordan Fi$y pop project.. Like make a new band but don't call it bmth lol
@@pharaxer1031 parasite eve gave me a bit hope
So many young people! Very nice! Young Blood!
i miss Jona in bmth :'
this is awesome !!!!!
the good ol days,...in there prim
I WAS BLESSED WITH A CURSE
Jordan is literally one of the most important features of the band now so shhhhhhhh
Jona's voice is perfect *u* ♥
i miss Jona : c ♥
