1-3 and 5-5 look absolutely the same separate from an ever so slight deviation in height of the cable mounting, yet the muscle groups don't even overlap. That looks a bit implausible, to say the least. Other than that an very nice video with good exercises, so thank you for that.
Just bought one of these, so disappointed I can pull the full stack of weights with one arm and do 30 reps no problem and I’m only 11 stone and not particularly strong! I just assumed it would be challenging enough as I’m not a body builder, also arrived missing one part and another part broke, gutted this isn’t any good if you’ve more than beginner level strength
I have purchased one too and was surprised at how easy it was to pull, although the full stack is harder for me. I understand that you can buy a shorter cable (yes, another purchase), rethread that (a pain), and use fewer pulleys. You'll need more strength to lift the full stack then.
There is a 1:3, 1:2 and even 1:1 cable in the offering. Then the force ist split between the two cables. So if you want the 70kg you need to have the 1:1 cable and pull both cables at the same time.
Every other exercise you want to tell him to go into full stretch or into full contraction. It does not look like a good guide to do the exercise, it looks more like proof of principle

Too bad the gentleman didn't wear a straight suit with a tie 🙄. Those handles are not practical at all.🙏
Fazit: sucks at all leg workouts. Invest in R&D develop a suitable bench.
