Sandman needs a buff, just slightly, I think. Maybe lower the 20 hit thing to 15. Increase attack rating a hair, and buff potency a hair. Just a few small tweaks would be good.
If one could ramp up the heavies to 10 charges and raise the damage accordingly, maybe that would be better. The problem with him was: when he was released he immediately got nerfed. Well, no character can recover from that (Kraven, Zemo...). People will no longer return to them, no matter what. When it comes to Sandman, people will star using him more often as soon as 3 immunities are required to clear a node.

You're invulnerable while charging the heavy at 20, why not allow the defender to attack into you're heavy charge fam?
Yes, sure you can. But my brain plays tricks on me and "allowing me to get a hit" is not something that I will be doing without thinking a lot =)
