Community development, it helps our individual and social criteria to help us develop more about building a good community. By growing, evolving and adopting specific terms. Community development is one of the key to ensure lifetime progress and sustainable access to opinions, ideas, discussion and especially solutions. It is also a bridge to empower, learn, and give ideas to others. Step by step, is one of the thing to be cared of. It also helps strategy to local organisations to prosper more knowledge in our community.
John McKnight (Northwestern University) and community assets were very popular since the 1980s; new NGOs (nongovernmental organizations) were started including disability and ethnic NGOs, all involved in the marketplaces for jobs, contracts, housing, employment, social services, volunteering, businesses, recreation, adult education, schooling, hospitals, human services, museums, histories, arts and culture.
