$16.50 an hour? What location this is? One DSP pays $16.50 in my area, but there’s another DSP that I just got hired to on Friday that pay $19.75 for new Drivers and $21 for CDV drivers.
The dsp I am going to work at pays every week. The owner seemed cool at the interview so imma give the job a try to see if it's as bad as everyone says. I have experience working in the fields, so I wonder if it'll be harder.
I think this is one wk Amazon does not have 8hrs shift per day 40hrs a wk. You usually working 12hr shirts. I seen people come in a 630am and still there by 8pm.. also, kind of confusing because Amazon will have variable hr rate from day to day.. Stick to the flex and let the supervisors know that this is not your only job and that will keep them off your back about your production. And they are very concerned with people flexing into their jobs that are from Unions with their first job. I had random people ask me about Union only not to see that person again. Crazy 😂😂😂
Yeah, that's only $14.50. You should be getting closer to about $18. I get paid $17.75. If it works for you, that's great. But hourly wage is something that's definitely different Wherever You Are. I'm in Texas in Houston

It's kind of funny because we drivers literally Hustle every single moment no breaks no nothing and then we have some sociopathic a****** in the warehouse trying to cause this problems when they get paid 24 bucks an hour. Hell yeah I want cameras putting those facilities for real. I work 39-40 hours a week with Gordon foods and I bring that same amount of money home weekly delivering groceries to restaurants. Holiday season 50 hrs the most. Anything past 40 time and half at 37 and hour. Bro apply at Gordon foods way more money to be made less hours. Get payed for stops miles and cases. Make your money and go home.

Man your pay rate is dummy low. Come to USPS. I used to be an Amazon driver too. Usps pays 19.33 straight time. 28 after 8 hours in a day, and 38.66 after 10hrs in a day. We also get an extra 2 dollars an hour everyday after 6pm everyday. That’s just daily overtime. Your straight time also goes up to 28 an hour after 40 hours in one week. What’s good about usps is it’s federal so the pay is the same across the United States. I get over 120 hours a pay period and net over 2k a week in California. The name of the game is to transfer to a low cost of living area in a tax friendly state so your net pay will be higher. if I were working in Nevada I’d be taking home like 2300 a pay period
